I need your help because I file dispute online maybe we could go and now my card is locked I mean my account no I have another card that I was trying to activate with my account but I'm having trouble logging in because it's locked so I don't know what I did but I guess I created a new account somehow and that one says it's a zero balance which I have my stimulus check on there so every time I try to log in that one it tells me I have to login to my access all access account which which I've tried newest sometimes and it tells me tells me my username or password is incorrect and it was send me a temporary password to my email first they have on file and I don't know what's in that one is because I gave him the one that I have on my profile and it's not coming to me at all and every time I call I am on hold for hours or even get disconnected don't know what else to do
