I am trying to reach Netspend to activate my card. Actually, I activated it about * days ago but now when I call it, it says the card is not active. Now when I call it again to activate it, it asks for the last * digits of my social security number and says that it's not the right ssn. I would like to talk to somebody about this. When I call the customer service number, it just keeps repeating having me enter the card number and the last * digits of my ssn. I don't mind sitting and waiting on hold but I don't want to have to keep entering the same numbers over and over. Is there a number that will just put me on hold to talk to someone?
