The reason why I can not navigate the website is because I cancelled my card over the phone automated service. Now when I call back and reorder a replacement card, the system doesn't recognize my Social security number or my original account number. The card that was lost has my stimulus benefit deposited to it. Elizabeth Maas-Williams

I fixed the issue by calling customer service. I chose option * then chose * because I didnt have my card number. Then entered option * to get a new card reissued. The function will either keep you on hold to wait for a customer service representative or loop you back to the main menu. If you end up back at the main, then you will have to follow the above prompts again until you reach the waiting music. ( I had to run through these options about * times until I reached the holding music) after i reached the holding music, I was on hold for an hour and ** minutes until I reached a customer service representative. When I finally reached someone I made sure to get a direct phone number or he*she had my number just in case we got disconnected.
