Here we go again. I just did this same process. I haven't ACTIVATED my card. I DON'T WANT TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT! The labeling on the package for the card was misleading. I want the money for the cost of the card and the money I loaded onto it refunded to ASAP. Once I receive a check for that amount I will destroy the card or mail it back to you providing you send a postage paid envelope to return it to you. Your choice. I've been getting nothing but a runaround FOR HOURS EVERY DAY FOR * DAYS!

How GetHuman4548047 fixed the problem
Never was able to talk to a human. Even after being on hold for *** minutes for at least * times. Tried to activate card using phone * on card & it didn't work. Again, no human contact. Finally used online site to activate my card. Didn't have too much trouble with that. To me, the company needs to stop using the line of "live" contact with what I feel are "talking heads" whenever I tried to get my problem solved. All that was done that way was shuffling from one "talking head" to another.
