I am currently awaiting a new card from NetSpend. I do not have any funds available on the card. I need to transfer money to another account until I receive the balance on my new card. I tried to request a transfer with a representative, but I was informed that they could only do NetSpend to NetSpend transfers. This restriction is concerning to me and may impact other customers too. I urgently need to move funds to another card. Thanks for your help, kindly contact me via email. My details are: Edgar B., DOB: 03/06/[redacted], email: [redacted], address: [redacted] 45th St Apt [redacted], San Diego, California, [redacted]. Why is my password necessary when NetSpend could locate the account easily without it? Please enable me to transfer money to my other card as soon as possible; my financial obligations are being affected.

While enjoying a music festival in San Francisco, I received alerts about unauthorized ATM withdrawals of $[redacted] and $[redacted], along with a balance inquiry charge of $0.50. Despite thinking I had lost my card, I found it in my wallet. Due to poor internet and phone connections at the venue, it was challenging to cancel my card promptly. I used my card for a purchase at the festival to prove my location. After an hour, I managed to cancel the card and later discovered the fraudulent transactions at a Wells Fargo ATM in Woodland Hills, a location far from where I was. I have evidence of my whereabouts during the withdrawals and am concerned about the security of my account information. I seek a refund or temporary credit during the investigation to restore my trust in this account.

I applied for a NetSpend card in hopes of receiving the $[redacted] deposit promotion. When my card arrived, I did not receive the $[redacted] as advertised. Promotions should be honored as stated to avoid legal issues. I can consider taking this matter to court if necessary, as it is misleading to promote something and not deliver on the promise. I signed up for the card based on the promise of a $[redacted] deposit, which unfortunately did not happen. It is disappointing to not receive what was initially advertised.

I recently started a new job and came across my old Netspend card that I'd like to use for my paycheck. Unfortunately, I hadn't used it in over a year, so I had to reactivate it. Now, I can't remember the username or email linked to the account. I've tried a few email addresses with no luck. I'm unable to find the recovery email they apparently sent. I was hoping for an option to verify my card number or social security but can't find that feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance! ♥️

I forgot my username and password for my Netspend online account and app. I am having trouble recovering them because I no longer have access to my old email linked to my Netspend account. How can I retrieve my account details without using the email on file, or how do I update the email associated with my account to recover my login information?

I am having trouble logging into my email account connected to my Netspend account because I can't recall the password. I now need to access my Netspend online account and use the app, but I can't remember my password or username to log in. Additionally, I am unable to retrieve my account information through email. What should I do to regain access to my Netspend account without using my email address?

I recently disputed a transaction on my card for a total of $[redacted] in three unauthorized charges of $50 each. After canceling the card and ordering a new one, I was assured by a phone representative that no further action was necessary. However, I have yet to see the $[redacted] credited back to my account. As I rely on a fixed income and am running low on savings, I urgently need this resolved. Please contact me soon at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] Thank you.

I need to know how long I have to wait for them to send me my check. My name is Leticia M. I bought a Netspend Western Union card and haven't received the balance. I couldn't use it, reported it, and now I've been calling but the customer service lady isn't answering. She said she would send me a check if she cancels the card today. If I don't receive anything, I don't know how long I have to wait. Do I need to report it to the BBB so no one else steals it? It's only $[redacted], not much for you, but it is for me. I have to work over 12 hours to earn this someday.

My name is Cherelle Williams. I have multiple Netspend cards, with only one being regularly used for receiving child support payments and student loan withdrawals. Unfortunately, one of my cards was stolen on the 4th of this month. I was hoping it would be returned, so I waited until I saw significant deposits before realizing it was missing. I am unable to locate any paperwork with the card number to immediately cancel it and check for any unauthorized transactions. I loaded a new card last night and have also deactivated my old email, [redacted] Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had trouble activating a Netspend card I purchased. They said they would refund my $[redacted]. Initially, I was told the refund was mailed on August 28th and would take 7-10 days. After multiple calls, I received conflicting information with a later date of August 29th mentioned. Brian from the corporate office said I must wait until September 18th, which I contested saying I had evidence of the conversations. Despite being informed the check would arrive by August 18th, it did not. They now claim it will take at least 15 days, contradicting previous promises. When I asked for corporate contact details, they refused. The lack of transparency and professionalism is frustrating. If the refund does not arrive soon, I will involve my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau to address these issues.

On August 29th, NetSpend sent $[redacted] to MoneyGram, but when I went to pick it up, MoneyGram said I couldn't get the money and refunded NetSpend on August 30th at 6:10 p.m. CT. NetSpend claims I picked up the money, but MoneyGram confirmed I didn't. NetSpend has not credited my account with the $[redacted]. I have been in communication with NetSpend and MoneyGram daily since August 30th, but the issue remains unresolved. Please credit my account with the $[redacted]. Thank you. David S. N.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties activating my NETSPEND debit card (Card number: 4[redacted] 6[redacted]) as I lack a social security number as a non-US resident currently in the process of finding a new residence. Requesting to refund the funds in the account via a check to be sent to [redacted] Ormewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA [redacted]. I previously sought assistance to delete the card's data to have a US friend activate it, but encountered issues due to system limitations. Despite multiple attempts through calls and emails, I've been unable to resolve this. Reference number: [redacted]. Reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Tamara

I deposited my paycheck onto my card last pay period and barely used it. Now, when I tried to make a purchase at the store, it says insufficient funds. I only bought food from Whataburger and nothing else. Can someone please explain this to me? I am frustrated with credit cards and bank accounts. I prefer dealing with cash only. I find it difficult to remember multiple emails and passwords. This situation is frustrating and I feel annoyed by it.

My name is Yvonne Bucket. I reported my misplaced or stolen card on 10/1 at 12:22 pm, and it was canceled. The gentleman I spoke to advised me to buy a net spend card from Walmart, Walgreens, or Safeway to transfer the deposited funds from the canceled card. I visited all three stores but couldn't buy the card for $3 as I was told. I'm still unable to reorder a card. I urgently need my card; however, I was hung up on during my two calls tonight. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

This is my second attempt with GetHuman. I have been trying for three days to reach someone at NetSpend regarding a $[redacted] refund. I mistakenly purchased a NetSpend debit Visa card at a local grocery store on 9/19, thinking it was a gift card. Now, I am requesting a refund because it is not what I expected. I need the money back to purchase a Visa gift card instead. Unfortunately, my calls to NetSpend have been unproductive. The recorded message asks for the card number and prompts to activate the card, but I do not want it activated as I do not plan to use it. I have also tried calling the Corporate Offices, but only encounter busy signals. I am becoming frustrated and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Bud W.

Hello, my name is Susan Waller. I am seeking guidance on how to report fraudulent activities involving a NetSpend card. Recently, a person named Amy Stone misrepresented herself by acquiring my Direct Express Card, which receives my Social Security disability funds. She then proceeded to withdraw over $[redacted] from my account at a casino, initiating a payday advance and transferring the amount to a NetSpend card. Amy Stone, who I barely knew and had a loose connection with through someone I know, took advantage of my vulnerable situation as a single woman relocating due to domestic violence. As someone with a limited income, this deceitful act has put me in a difficult position as I try to secure housing for myself and my daughters. The unauthorized transactions occurred last month at Soboba Casino on the 3rd.

I'm trying to retrieve my account password for the username mflakes3. I don't have the card with the last 4 digits needed for verification. Although I have an All-Access Card for the account, it's not activated yet. I'm looking to transfer funds from another Netspend account to cover a negative balance on this one. The online process requires the card number and security code from the back, but as I don't have the physical card, I'm unable to proceed with this step. Any help with password recovery would be greatly appreciated, as I can handle the remaining tasks online once the password issue is resolved.

I recently purchased a phone online from Cricket Wireless and was mistakenly charged for two phones instead of just one. My name is Randy Weaver. When ordering the new phone, I encountered an issue where it said my card was invalid, but I never received a tracking number or order number. I was only looking to buy one phone, not two. I would like to cancel the extra phone order and request to be charged for only one phone, as intended. Thank you.

Around 11 pm CST, an individual who pretended to be my boss's partner contacted me on my work phone. They tricked me into initiating a money transfer from our company to my personal card. I am currently seeing three pending transactions for a total of $[redacted]. Kindly refrain from processing these transactions, as the person deceived me by falsely claiming they were connected to my boss. If these transfers go through, it could lead to serious consequences, including potential job loss due to being misled. For further communication, kindly use my sister's email at [redacted].

I have a Netspend card from my job at Conners. After quitting, they loaded my earnings onto the card for the pay period. I checked my balance, which was $[redacted].88, but when I tried to withdraw from an ATM and purchase at a store, it showed as declined. I confirmed with Netspend that the money was on the card, but now it's saying I have no funds. How can I resolve this issue and access my money from the card?
