I forgot my password so it locked my account after too many attempts. Everytime I hit forgot password and enter my username and email it says a temporary password has been sent. I check my email and nothing, but other promotional things are in my inbox from netspend. I just want access to my account again so I can transfer funds and use this as a savings. Also, I'm positive it is the right email and username.
GetHuman1930253 did not yet indicate what Netspend should do to make this right.
