Hello, I have an issue that really needs your attention, I had a netspend card with a zero balance on it. I lost my wallet and because of the zero balance, I didn’t report it lost or stolen, I got a new account. Several months later I got a strange text message from Netspend, I don’t remember the exact wording but the essence was, “We have a fraud alert on your account, so your account has been frozen, contact Netspend”. There was over ***$ dollars on the card, I am on SSDI and I needed that $ and no matter what I did they would not Un freeze my account. It has been over * years that I have been trying to get my $ back. Here is what I think happened, I think someone found the wallet I had lost, either reported finding it, or tried to use it……and that triggered in your system that I had two different active accounts in different areas of the country at the same time…….long story short, I need my $. Every representative I speak to tells me there is nothing they can do, I cannot ever get to anyone higher up in management for help, It’s a nightmare! Meanwhile, im out over ***$ ……AND I forgot to tell you this, I’m “BANNED” from ever having a Netspend card again…..please help.** **My info is as follows**Daniel J Cretsinger****** !*th st *****Charleston IL **********-***-****** **When I had the account in question, I lived in Lake Charles Louisana
