I paid a bill online the website ran my card twice the second payment for ***.**$$ posted but never reached the company it left me with *.**$ I immediately submitted a dispute with all supporting documentation (letter from store manager)explaining they never received the charge. I cannot talk to anyone with authority to help with my situation. I then asked to speak to a manager* supervisor they place me on hold for over an hour I finally had to disconnect. I have been banking with netspend for close to ** years with * accounts. I can not believe you treat your customers this way. I have to wait at least * weeks to resolve my situation I think this unfair and very inhumane of a well established company on how you treat loyal customers. If I was to have this problem at any other bank my situation would be resolved immediately with the supporting documentation I provided, I would like a response from someone who can resolve my situation my number ***-***-**** my claim dispute number is *******.
