having issues with my card today. had my funds deposited as usual, went to make my cox cable payment, card was declined *x even thoe there were available funds to cover that cost at the time of performing this payment.*now my account is short funds because there are * pending payments. I have tried all day to reach netspend on both of their numbers, and still nothing.At this very moment at the time of this writing I have been on hold with netspend for ** minutes and still no agent.*Have also sent an email to the corporate office and left an voice mail message on the corporate response team phone. This is not acceptable for this type of customer service**Netspend needs to fix this , and return all * pending transactions to my card, this is their fault,

rcvd phone call from customer service through GetHuman...issues were all resolved ..agent said there were issues with their banking system. *Thank you GetHuman for helping me ...without you this would not have been resolved.*You provide a great service....Please keep up the great work.!!!!!
