I filed claims for unauthorized transactions on my card. I was informed that after investigating they concluded that the transactions were not unauthorized transactions. Afterward I contacted net spend again because the transactions were unauthorized and the representative I spoke with told me that I should receive a call back from someone else to help me and I never heard from anyone. The transactions in my claim dispute ARE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS. I need to speak with a live person who can help me resolve this issue ASAP. I becoming very impatient with the time it has taken for me to hear from someone concerning this issue and I'm very disappointed with the way this has been handled.
