My account was cancelled due to suspicious activity. I've had my account for about * years & never had this happen. I get direct deposit from the government. I've had Netspend return money back to my account because of merchants cancellation or item not received. If there was any charge back to me it always got taken care of. I'm the only one that uses my card. No one else has my information. I currently owe Netspend a balance around $**.** in which I'm willing to pay asap. Why was my account cancelled? I called Netspend & spoke with * different people & no one ever gave me a straight answer. I asked several times for a supervisor, put on hold for over ** minutes each time & no one ever answered.
