Ive had a issue with my card being canceled on july*th over a charge for incorrect amount.I spent *hrs on phone an supervisor to be told sorry ur funds cannot be used till new card..Bullshit when ir employee canceled my card for me being charged top much for transactionThen * cards shipped an one purchased so i could transfer my fibds cause all my funds in thus acctI cakm with purchased card an suoervisor told me id be credited my out of pocket to use my acct that was canceled by your employee over a wrong amount. Now i wasnt reimbursed like i was supposed to be when i activated the bought card.z*I called to get new cards activated an couldnt.called an after ** mubs to hr was told iwas not acct holder because i was on iinterstate an couldnt remember my last * transaction amnts....I asked * dozen times to be put thru to a supervisor an was denied by hhe *****...So i call next day an ask for supervisor an waited *hrs an nothing on hold for eternity.Today call getting somewhere but im being charged for acct fee to have acct when i cant even access it online since this **** happened, havent even been properly reimbursed for your employees faults , the amount of incorrect transation not returned an mind you your company told me it was my reslonsibility to get it back an i tried an in turn securis the transaction company told me you only had to press stop payment..*** daysvan my account still fucked up.Im out ***.** , whatever it cost me to get a instant card so i could feed an lay my bills...I want compensation sir or mam...** days an my account still not working like a account should.
