When I call Verizon to pay my bill with card on file, automated message tells me problem with processing. I have yet to receive a non-temporary card--maybe this is the issue, that I am using a temporary card and the time on it has expired? If so, please mail me a card that ids permanent* please let me know if this is the issue why I cannot get Verizon to make my payment.
