Can't activate card, I have a the app set up waitfed for card in the mail, received the card went to the app to activate card answered all questions correctly says unable to verify my identity, so I called the automated number and again went thru the procedure, answered all correctly and same thing...i don't have my ss* card it self but I do know the number so I cannot email or fax as it prompted me to do. Please help thanks
