I had to submit ** do***ents for some reason they won't tell me, I didn't have any problems with the card since I had it, unti now! I still don't know why! I had one your store's to fax the papers and have called many times, I have emailed the do***ents several times to them yet they haven't done nothing we have two direct deposit checks pending can't get our money, we hunger and can't pay our bills we need our money please help us, thank-you so much if you can't fix it sent it back the checks! we will open new account this twoweeks pay we can't get!
I trust that Netspend will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
