Help with my Netspend issue
I had had all types of problems with this company. NetSpend allowed a fraud charge to go through my account. Now I have to wait several weeks to get my money back. I was told I would get a provisional credit and now I am waiting. I have had it. Someone need to contact me before I get another bank
I trust that Netspend will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
