my name is Gerri Trujillo I purchased your * year service on May **,**** but your people would not help me because the charge was pending they wanted me to give my cc info again I told them it was pending in my bank and everyone still wanted my cc I said no I'm not going to be charged twice after spending most of the day trying to get help I told the rep I did not not want to deal with you and not to take that money out of my acct she said everything was cancelled and I would not be charged but the $***.** went through on May ** i need you to refund my money to the cc I used to purchase this your customer service people case number is ******** you should plainly see that you received $***.** from my on acct and I want it back since your customer support was no help to me if you treat all your customers the way I was treated I don't know how you can still be in business your reps are rude and just will not help even though they said they could see the charge pending
