Refund on Modem that is not working

Get my modem to work ... I purchased a modem and it worked for * months. Starting in October, the modem kept going in and out. We worked with our provider comcast and they told us it was a netgear issue. We then worked with netgear, we were sent a new modem and the issue started again. The modem has not stayed connected one full day for over one month. I am being told by Comcast it is your issue, I am being told by NetGear it is Comcast. I spend $*** on a modem to only get * months out of it. I spen over * hours on the phone with your tech to be told call your cable provider and then * hours with Comcast to be told call NetGear. I would like my $$ back and I'll send you back the modem. This is unfair that I have been dealing with this and two companies who make millions are giving me the run around! **I WANT A REFUND!
That the modem is not working! Comcast is not helping and neither is NetGear
REFUND on my purchase
* months. I expected better from a company that sells a product.
I have followed everyone's directions since **** with no resolution. Comcast is here now and they have the cable and it is showing good input from the poll but bad output from the modem.
