I have a Netgear product D**** Modem and a Netgear account. I see my device is not listed under my products and when I try to list the device using the serial number it tells me it is registered under another user. I purchased this from a store and no one else has used the product. now because I can't register the product I can't access portion so fete product. Netgear tried to tell me that my ** day service contract is up but surely if the product registration is not on your system then that is not a technical issue that is simply something that needs to be fixed on your end. I can't alter who you have the product registered under. I would be happy to show the packaging, the serial number of the product etc to prove purchase.
GetHuman-doctorjd did not yet indicate what Netgear should do to make this right.
