Yes, sometimes the customer needs to talk to a live tech to solve a problem!*Yesterday I purchased a Netgear wifi cable modem router and I called my wifi carrier, Xfinity, to activate my new modem* router and they are saying that this brand new, sealed box modem*router is assigned to another acct that's not mine. Therefore I can't activate this equipment.*What should I do now?*Can you please call me @ ***-***-**** and help me with this unbelievable problem?
