Hello Arlo*Netgear,**I changed my plan back to the Basic plan yesterday from the Smart Premier, after using your free trial offer, but in checking it today it does not look like the change took effect and it looks like a "trial*pending" authorization charge to my credit card is in the works.**Can you please reverse the charges so that no billing takes place and keep me on your basic (free) plan?**Thank you.**Sincerely,**Dan Burnett******@***.com
