I wish netgear was a smarter company. Or at least their customer service. It is absolutely awful... I called to fix an issue with my modem and the person told me that a * month warranty to fix the issues will cost $**.**. He repeated this several times, and you may have recorded it so you can listen again. I went through with it and guess what? You charged me $**.** plus an additional $**.**???**So I then contacted you guys via the priority calling list or whatever and I was told I would get my refund in *-* business days. Guess what? You guys ******* lied again??**-* business days... Okay..**So then I received an email regarding my refund fee. Can you guess what happens next? They do not even mention the $**.** fee. They said they'd refund the one time network fee for fixing the modem for **%? So they are only refunding the $**.**???*After you guys told me the wrong information. **And guess what happens next? The email at the end gives me a link that states "To send a follow-up response, click on the following link:" Guess what happens when I click the link? This support case has been closed. Yall are a terrible company. Hoping to sue you guys if you do not fix this issue you have caused by providing wrong information, unhelpful, and overcharging by proving the wrong information.
GetHuman-eddieim did not yet indicate what Netgear should do to make this right.
