I am currently on the $19.99 level with 4k resolution, but I'm having trouble finding some movies. I want to switch to the $15.99 level with 1080P quality to see if I can access more movies. Is this the correct way to do it? Currently, on the 4k plan, I can't search for movies like "Friends" or "One Piece." I prefer not to wait for the system to update itself, even if it takes a month, as long as Netflix works correctly. My Netflix account is under [redacted]

For the past 8 weeks, I've had issues with Netflix not loading completely - it stops at 99% and then resets to 0. My other streaming services are working fine. When I reached out before, a Netflix representative mentioned that Netflix might require more power, but my provider, Xfinity, disagreed. I am looking for assistance to resolve this issue as I believe it's affecting my viewing experience. I use both Roku and a Sony smart TV.

Hello, I have noticed that both my account and my wife's are being charged separately for Netflix every month. Since we reside in the same household, we believe we should only have one account. The monthly charge is R99.00, but on November 20, [redacted], Harriet's account was charged R389.60. Could you please help us with this matter? Thank you. S. I noticed that two great movies have been recently removed from Netflix. I can no longer watch "IT" and "Shazam," which are favorites of mine and many other fans. I am a devoted horror fan, and I believe the selection needs more for viewers like me, such as "Nightmare on Elm Street" and "The Conjuring." Adding "The Visit" would also be appreciated. There seems to be a trend of films targeting a specific age group like "He's All That," which doesn't cater to all subscribers. I am considering canceling my subscription due to these removals and lack of options. Could you please provide an explanation for why these horror movies cannot be brought back? Thank you.

I made a payment of [redacted]/- to Netflix through gpay UPI for a mobile subscription on December 16, [redacted]. The amount was debited from my account, but Netflix claims they did not receive it. I contacted gpay support, and they confirmed the successful transfer. I kindly ask Netflix to refund the amount to my account promptly. My email is [redacted]

Netflix has announced they will be cracking down on password sharing. We have a single Netflix account that permits one screen at a time. I use it while I'm traveling. How will Netflix distinguish if I'm sharing my password, particularly when using the same Internet Service Provider in another location? I hope Netflix can avoid suspending my account if someone else in my household uses it on the same day.

I have a question about Netflix's new policy on password sharing. Currently, we have one Netflix account that allows viewing on one screen at a time. This works well for me because I often watch while traveling. However, with Netflix planning to crack down on password sharing, I'm concerned. How will Netflix differentiate between legitimate use by me in different locations using the same ISP and password sharing with others, especially if someone in my household is also watching on the same day? I hope they won't mistakenly flag my account in situations like this.

I heard that Netflix is planning to crack down on password sharing. We only have one account that lets us watch on one screen. I often use the account while traveling, but I'm concerned about being flagged for sharing my password with someone else, especially when we're using the same internet connection. I hope Netflix can differentiate between legitimate use and unauthorized sharing to avoid account disruptions when multiple people in the same household are watching on the same day.

Netflix, I am very upset with you all. How dare you attempt to remove Spiderman and The Addams Family! Why not take away the poor shows like the new season of Ginny and Georgia and reinstate the good ones? I'm not okay with this. You removed some of my favorite movies without adding good ones back. Netflix needs to offer better horror movies. However, I do appreciate that Wednesday, Stranger Things, Heartstopper, and Daddy Daycare are still available. Regards, a viewer who wants better movies - more Final Destinations, Conjuring, and Hannah Grace possessions, please.

I am looking to reach out to Netflix with a very unique and special documentary proposal. We have 2 adopted foxes with an exciting story of their interaction and intelligence. After seeing Netflix's movie about cats, I believe a documentary about our foxes could be similarly engaging. How can I connect with the right person at Netflix about this idea? Feel free to check out some of the videos we have already created, with more to come: 1. Video 1: [redacted] 2. Video 2: [redacted] Thank you! Best regards, Anna

Since February [redacted], it has come to our attention that Netflix has been charging us twice for their services. After investigating our accounts, we discovered that our original account, which we signed up for in March [redacted] and paid through PayPal, was supposedly lost due to a system crash in February [redacted]. At that time, Netflix instructed us to create a new account, and payments were then deducted from our bank account. However, recently, we noticed that Netflix continued to withdraw funds from both our bank account and the presumed lost original account. We have proof of these transactions through PayPal and KeyBank. We are reaching out to Netflix to request a refund for the double billing that has been occurring since February [redacted].

Hello, I called regarding my gift voucher [redacted] (37 minutes!!!) only to be told that the account no longer existed because it was too old, even though there is NO EXPIRATION DATE noted! They advised me to ask my brother who gave me the voucher to go to the store where he bought it to get a new code: 1) He lives in another region, and I'm supposed to send him an expired voucher that has no expiration date! 2) The seller may encounter the same problem as me when trying to create a new code. He has better things to do than call you, wait 30 minutes, etc. 3) Three people are affected by the incorrect information on your gift voucher, although the steps regarding this voucher are your responsibility. 4) I requested the new code to be sent to my email address. I don't see why I should be seen as dishonest when you are the ones not honoring your commitments. 5) I used the first gift voucher [redacted], so you know I exist! Please send the new code to my email address ([redacted]) without further delay, or else I will take legal action. Sincerely.

I am reaching out about the Netflix series "Family Reunion." The show has unfortunately been canceled, but I am hopeful it could be reconsidered for renewal. "Family Reunion" is my go-to comfort show, and I was left feeling unsatisfied with its abrupt ending. It concluded before the characters could undergo significant changes, especially since Tyson and his mother were about to make a permanent move to Georgia. The unresolved storyline leaves a major cliff-hanger, making it imperative for the show to be brought back for at least another season. The series has a dedicated following, including myself, my family, and numerous fans online who adore it. Could there be a chance for "Family Reunion" to return for a sixth installment? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Firstly, thank you for the documentaries "Tijuana, [redacted]," "To the Bones," "The Passage of the Turtle," "El Chapo," "Narcos Mexico," and the interview with Kate del Castillo regarding her encounter with El Chapo. I am a 40-year-old from Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, and find these documentaries incredibly objective and informative, truly opening the eyes of Mexican people through their portrayal on screen. I would like to suggest incorporating the history of the disappearance of the hunters from Leon, Guanajuato, in [redacted] into your future projects. These hunters, who were shoemakers and merchants, vanished after being falsely accused by the police and handed over to the Zetas cartel. There is a video circulating online showing this incident. One of the hunters, a minor at the time, was returned safely. A later video surfaced on YouTube, filmed by the Mexican army, showing the hunters in a safe house of the hitmen.

On Thursday, March 2, [redacted], I wanted to share that my 100MB Fibre Broadband is working properly. The issue I am experiencing is specific to Netflix when streaming 4K content on my Apple TV; the video quality is only at the Basic level, streaming up to 0.3 GB per hour. This problem does not occur when I stream on my computer or other devices using other streaming services. I have tried troubleshooting steps like adjusting quality settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging in and out, but the issue persists. It seems to indicate a problem with the Netflix Apple TV app. I wonder if an update to the app will resolve this issue.

Dear Netflix, I am disappointed in your recent decision to censor Chris Rock's live show. This type of censorship is unacceptable to me, and it's a major reason why I've decided to cancel my subscription. Please, as a loyal American, I urge you to reconsider this action and restore the full content of the show. Your platform's success relies on listening to your audience, not dictating what we can watch. Kindly rectify this situation promptly and refrain from sending me any generic responses. Just do what's right and respect our freedom to enjoy uncensored content. Thank you.

I used to access Netflix through Roku, but when I changed my bank, Roku stopped working because the payment information was not transferred. After some time, it started working again, but I am still unable to access Netflix. I have been charged each month without being able to watch Netflix for several months now. I have no account numbers as the payment comes directly out of my bank account at Arvest Bank. I need help to regain access to Netflix. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you!

In February, I received a message on my TV to contact Bell because my Netflix access would no longer be available by the end of the month. After calling Netflix, they confirmed my account would remain active at $18.96 per month since November [redacted]. Unfortunately, at the end of February, I lost access to Netflix when they stopped supporting my Bell Modem. A technician recently replaced the modem. Due to not having Netflix for almost a month, I believe I should be refunded for one month of service. Thank you, Suzanne Girard-Monteith

I am concerned that the email address NetFlix is reaching out to me through has been compromised. I prefer not to engage through that means but am unable to locate a contact number for NetFlix customer support. I do not have an active NetFlix account and do not wish to be billed for any services as I have never used NetFlix. Kindly ensure my information is not stored inaccurately and cease sending correspondence to my current email address as a precaution against it being exposed on the Dark Web or misused by unauthorized individuals.

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron laptop from your company, and I'm experiencing battery issues. The battery, which is supposed to last up to six hours, is draining much faster than expected. After a full charge, it only lasts about two hours. This is concerning as I rely on the laptop for work and need it to be reliable. I've attempted to adjust power settings and run diagnostics, but the problem remains. I would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue. Thank you.
