I thought it was fuxexed.. they charged wrong amount and continued to charge when I didn't have netflix. So I called the guy said he would not charge for the next * mos and back to original rate. Rate is not changed and they are charging and I can't access my account.*At this point I that isn't going to be an acceptable offer anymore because they didn't do it anyway *Kim Cusick *** ***-**** ******@***.com *Also Justine Farris fraudulently utilized my debit card and possibly the account .

GetHuman-cusickki did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
