If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I can watch Netflix on my Samsung TV but cannot login on any other device. My email address is ******@***.com ( which you sent me an email yesterday) When I try to login on my P.C. How GetHuman5292658 fixed the problem
I can now sign in on my P.C. and on my other Tv Sony Bravia. There was or is a strange problem, If I try to login to Netflix I get the message "cannot locate user". However if I click on the Netflix icon and am asked to sign in using my email address and password Netflix works normally.
