As a blind Netflix user relying on my Roku device and screen reading options for accessibility, I have encountered a recent issue since the last Netflix update. Previously, I found both Netflix and Hulu to be completely accessible until this latest update. Following the update, the screen reader on my Roku device no longer verbally reads the titles when I try to scroll from show to show within a category. It only tells me which category I am in, making it challenging for me to navigate Netflix independently. Without the ability to hear the titles, I am unable to use Netflix without assistance. I hope that Netflix will release an update soon to address this problem so that I can continue to enjoy their content without barriers.

I recently had to reset my password after forgetting it while signing in from my Android phone. Since then, I've been unable to access Netflix on my main TV, even though I can still use it on my phone, laptop, and another TV. The main TV keeps showing an error message about connectivity issues, despite my internet connection being fine. I've tested it and even managed to use other services like Prime without any problems, so it seems to be a Netflix-specific issue. I've tried everything from rebooting devices to unplugging them, but nothing has worked so far. Changing my Netflix password always seems to create issues like this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this problem.

I have recently realized that Netflix has been overcharging me for years. I have not had a written agreement with them in over a decade, and they have not provided me with any statements. Since [redacted], they have been deducting $25.72 monthly from my bank account. In July [redacted], this amount was split into $17.15 and $8.57. Upon checking my account, I discovered that I have been paying for a DVD service that my family has not used in over ten years. Unfortunately, the Netflix website chat is always closed, and the operators on the [redacted] number cannot assist with refunds related to the DVD account, as it is managed by DVD.com, a subsidiary of Netflix, Inc. I am looking for guidance on how to file a complaint and request a refund from Netflix. Thank you for your assistance.

I want to address the movie "Cuties," which undesirably sexualizes young women. The film appears to cater to pedophilic fantasies, potentially causing harm by further perpetuating the objectification of young girls. The portrayal of the movie on Netflix seems to intensify its sexual nature, leading to concerns about the impact on the young actresses involved and on the feminist movement. The misleading description has sparked criticism from various critics and viewers at the Sundance Film Festival, creating a controversy about the misrepresentation of the film's content. The promotion of the film has triggered backlash from many online users, who share my view that this movie should not have been released on Netflix.

Netflix's recent decisions have been disappointing. Removing classic movies like "Gone with the Wind" due to a few complaints limits the choice for viewers who enjoy them. Now, featuring a film with 11-year-old girls acting inappropriately is disturbing and should be removed. It's concerning to think of individuals exploiting such content. The lack of variety in movie selections is also disheartening. If this problematic content isn't addressed promptly, it raises concerns about Netflix's values. As a consumer, I will give a week's grace period for changes; otherwise, I will have to reconsider my subscription. The protection of innocent children should be a top priority, and I hope Netflix takes swift action.

I have been a loyal Netflix customer since [redacted], always maintaining the same plan until last December when my account was hacked. Despite reporting the incident, the hacker was able to change my plan without my knowledge. Due to financial constraints intensified by the current pandemic, I recently discovered I was being charged more than expected. After conversing with three representatives, including a supervisor, I was left feeling undervalued as a customer. The supervisor emphasized my responsibility to monitor my account and easily disregarded my concerns. This issue goes beyond the extra $80 charge; it is about respect, empathy, and customer service. Unlike my experience with Amazon's prompt and apologetic response to a similar incident, Netflix's handling of the situation has left me disappointed. It is disheartening to feel neglected by a company I believed to be customer-centric. I am contemplating canceling my subscription due to this misalignment in values.

The TV show "Cuties" is receiving harsh criticism for its portrayal of young girls as young as 11 engaging in provocative behavior. There are concerns about the show promoting an unhealthy trend of underage girls dressing provocatively and seeking validation from older boys. Viewers find the show disturbing and worry about the normalization of inappropriate behavior towards minors. Many are calling for the show to be removed from Netflix. The depiction of young girls in this manner is unsettling and many feel that the characters should be portrayed as legal adults capable of making their own decisions, rather than minors. The backlash against "Cuties" is widespread on social media, with calls for the creators to be held accountable.

I urge you to reconsider cancelling season 2 of "I'm Not OK with This." This show has potential to gain a dedicated following over time, appealing to multiple generations. Similar to the rise in popularity of "Firefly," investing in this series could avoid disappointment down the line. Netflix is known for leaving viewers on cliffhangers, deterring some from starting new series without a guarantee of multiple seasons. To support the campaign for season 2, please share additional ways to contact Netflix about this issue. Thank you, and have a great day! 🙂

I was under the impression that "Pokemon Journeys" was on Netflix, but I found out it's region-locked and not available in my area. I was considering upgrading to the Ultra HD membership, but I'm disappointed. Why is this happening? Don't we deserve to access the same content as other countries? I'm in India, and I believe Netflix should make it available here too, as many of us are eager to watch this season of Pokemon, myself included. It would mean a lot to me if this could be made possible.

Unfortunately, my old iPhone with my Netflix account broke before I could cancel it. After finally accessing Netflix again and canceling my subscription, I realized they charged me for 3 months when I couldn't unsubscribe. I am hoping for a refund due to this situation.

The platform provides binge-worthy shows, but frustratingly interrupts viewing after a few episodes. Being forced to click periodically to confirm engagement feels condescending. It's bothersome to have to be present just to indicate that the show is still being watched. Everyone pays for the service each month without needing to check on its availability constantly. The incessant disruptions detract from the binge-watching experience promised by the platform.

Hello, I have a few great scene ideas for the Cobra Kai series. Johnny's past of being bullied by his stepdad deeply influences his current behavior. As the seasons progress, he starts to acknowledge his faults. After a period of reflection and forgiveness, Johnny reaches out to his dad, expressing a desire for reconciliation despite not understanding their past conflicts. Meanwhile, Alli serves as a mediator between Johnny and Daniel, initially hired to train Miguel but ultimately guiding both men to confront their inner struggles through meditation. I have detailed reasons for each character's actions. For more ideas, please reach out to me via email. Thank you.

The decision to allow Cuties to stream was a serious error. By prioritizing profit over child wellbeing, you are endorsing inappropriate behavior and risking the innocence of young individuals. Exposing children to adult-like scenarios too soon is concerning and potentially harmful. Instead of portraying real life, this show may be exposing young actors to dangerous and exploitative situations. It is crucial to reconsider the impact on these children and prevent them from falling into the hands of harmful individuals. Such a narcissistic approach could have detrimental effects on the minds and innocence of children. It is important to rectify this situation for the sake of the children and your own moral well-being. Ignoring this issue may lead to irreversible consequences. Please take immediate action to rectify this for the welfare of everyone involved.

I have decided to cancel my subscription due to the program Cuties, which I find disturbing. It appears that the network's support of this content reveals a concerning bias. I believe this show is inappropriate for the general public, and I question the judgement of those involved. It is crucial to consider the well-being of children and the impact of such content. I urge the network to reflect on their choices and the potential harm they may cause. Supporting causes like stopping sex trafficking, especially involving children, is vital, and I hope the network is committed to such important issues.

I recently canceled my membership after realizing that what I thought to be soft porn intended for pedophiles turned out to be an educational film for adults. It was disturbing to see young girls being filmed in inappropriate ways under the guise of education. I am concerned about the potential psychological harm inflicted on these exploited child "actresses." It is alarming to think that while we struggle to grasp the content, our children may have easier access to it. The impact on these children goes beyond just wearing diapers on their faces; it affects their social interactions, family relationships, and education. I believe those responsible for producing and distributing such content should be held accountable. It's time for parents to understand the dangers and for platforms like Netflix to prioritize ethical content over sensationalism.

It appears that children were exploited to further sinful activities on this platform. It is disheartening to see individuals aiding in such exploitation, paving the way for the downfall of humanity. The moral implications of using children in this manner must be deeply considered. Those involved may not realize the extent of the harm they are causing. This situation seems to be shrouded in darkness, and one can only hope for justice to prevail in the end. It is crucial to remember that actions have consequences, and those supporting such actions may not realize the full extent of the repercussions. It is a plea for righteousness and accountability in the face of such injustice.

I recently discovered that Netflix has decided to cancel season 4 of "Anne with an E" as well as season 2 of both "The Society" and "I Am Not Okay with This." This news is extremely disappointing, especially regarding "Anne with an E," a show that is not only wholesome, educational, and inspiring but also addresses important issues related to race and gender that are relevant today. Unlike some other shows, it accurately portrays teenagers without resorting to violent storylines. It has come to my attention that these cancellations were made to prioritize "The Kissing Booth 3". While I understand the desire to cater to different audiences, many viewers, including myself, are upset by this decision. It seems that there is overwhelming support for these shows to continue rather than introduce another sequel. Given Netflix's resources, it would be fantastic if they could invest in creating new seasons for these beloved shows and others that may have been overlooked. As customers, we hope that Netflix considers our feedback and provides content that aligns with the diverse interests of its subscribers.

The USPS service has been very unreliable lately, causing delays in my DVD rentals. Due to the inconsistent mail pick-up schedule, DVDs can sit on my porch for a week or even longer. I've decided to cancel the DVD part of my account until mail service improves, but I'm concerned about potential charges for DVDs that may not get back to the company within the required 7 days. As a 74-year-old who no longer drives and is homebound due to COVID, I am unable to resolve this issue easily. One of the DVDs hasn't even arrived yet, further complicating the situation. I feel stuck in a subscription that is currently not serving me well.
