Get a full or partial refund on unused Netflix monthly charges ... My senior citizen father (** yrs old) thought he nacelles his Netflix contract when we moved him out of his home to reside where he would get more care. He believed that his Netflix account was part of his WiFi Subscriptions and that cancelling his WiFi was also cancelling his Netflix account. Netflix has charged his social security benefit card for over a year now without his knowing and without him accessing his account a single time. I understand that this is his mishandling but he asked me to ask for his money back being that his funds are very tight and Bring that he is unaware at his age the things that we kinda “get” that he just doesn’t. I’m asking for a gift of grace and humanity on this issue. Please let me know if you need anything more from me. *Jennifer Bettencourt
Would love to see at least part of his money refunded. Even if it is his mistake
