I was late canceling my free membership, I can't afford it this month but HAD plans to come back next month when I start working again. *Netflix charged me for the most expensive package after my free trial. **I was never given an option for the cheaper one that I wanted when I signed up for it.*As you can see, it was only ever watched on one device. **I want a full refund, but since you apparently don't give refunds, I want half of my money back because that is and never was the package I want.
