Please cancel my account immediately and refund the remaining balance of my monthly payment to my bank account. My account is set up for automatic payments each month, but I keep getting prompted to sign in every few weeks just to watch a movie that I've already paid for. This repetitive login process is frustrating, especially when I can't access customer service in English to address the issue. I've tried online tech support, but it seems the only option for assistance is another charge of $5. This lack of service and communication has left me disappointed in Netflix. As a result, I've decided to cancel my subscription.

Netflix has unexpectedly discontinued our prepaid viewing service. I had to troubleshoot to restore the Netflix channel on my TV. The lack of access to live customer support is frustrating, with only a pre-programmed robot available unless you pay extra. Dealing with this issue regularly, especially when tired and seeking relaxation, is disheartening. Netflix should offer real-time assistance from human representatives to improve customer support.

I canceled my recently set up service at night on 4/14, then tried to do it on 4/15 because I couldn't get the service on my TV. The agent advised me to open a new account, but I couldn't find where to do that. Late on 4/15, I joined a chat room and spent over an hour with 2 agents, one being a supervisor. They informed me to use the same details as the canceled account, but I couldn't locate the account page. Netflix charged $14.55 to my Amex. I am interested in signing up again and taking advantage of the 1-month free offer, similar to what I had on 1/14.

I was frustrated when my prepaid Netflix was cut off but have decided to keep my account active. I had to fix it myself as no real customer service was available. It's disappointing not to have real people assistance without additional charges. I hope my service remains uninterrupted. - D. McConnell

I keep receiving constant error messages that interrupt my Netflix viewing experience. Despite trying various methods to contact customer service, the issue persists. Interestingly, this virus only seems to impact my ability to stream Netflix, not other services like Google searches or email. It's frustrating to spend so much time troubleshooting each evening. I have a Netflix account under the name Troy Sinclair. I've been facing an issue with an old account linked to my girlfriend's email address, [redacted], which is still being charged to my bank card. Even though I switched my Netflix billing to T-Mobile, I'm still being billed $17 every month for the old account under a different email address. Hello, I am having trouble updating my Netflix account. Firstly, I had lost my password. The email address provided appears to be invalid. I have updated it to [redacted] and entered the corresponding password, but Netflix still does not accept this email address. Secondly, I tried to recover or reset my password using my phone number, [redacted]. However, Netflix sends a message to a phone number starting with 07 and ending in 42, which is completely unfamiliar to me. Hello, this is Roger Benninger. I have noticed that there have been double charges on my Mastercard since at least November [redacted], specifically on the 13th and 23rd of each month. Despite canceling Netflix and receiving a credit of $12.47 on February 27th, I was only refunded for one month when I called in February. I would like to discuss this matter further as I still see charges on my canceled Mastercard. Additionally, the varying monthly charges are confusing to me. Please contact me at [redacted]. Not being an expert in business matters, I can say with certainty that your users would greatly appreciate this addition. This move could also attract more subscribers and increase your profits. Many individuals, myself included, have a deep love for the Harry Potter series, having cherished it in childhood and continuing to do so in adulthood. It would mean the world to me and countless others if you could kindly consider adding these movies to Netflix. This would allow me to enjoy a Harry Potter Marathon with my friends using Netflix Party, given the current circumstances resembling a Shakespearean tragedy. My Instagram account was removed due to a Netflix report. I have already emailed the takedown address but have not received a response yet. I was simply assisting my cousin in selling her shared Netflix account to help her and her friends save money with the 4-device bundle. If my Instagram account is restored within 24 hours, you will not see any more Netflix-related posts. My account is 4-6 years old and was primarily used to sell contact lenses, as you can see from my posts. I only helped my cousin share her Netflix account for a few weeks. I am not a hacker or involved in any illegal activities related to Netflix or any other platform. I am a dentistry student, not a technician or hacker. I had signed up for a one-month free trial with Netflix back in March, but I have been charged $15.99 from April to May through my automatic payment with Comcast. Although Comcast has canceled the charge, they advised me to reach out to Netflix directly regarding cancelling my subscription. I initially made payments in pounds, later I wanted to switch to PKR for payment method. I contacted support via live chat, and they advised me to close my UK account and open a new one for PKR payments. I followed the instructions, but I got charged on both accounts. A support agent assured me a refund for the UK account by the 27th of March, but I have yet to receive it. When I reached out to live chat again today, I was informed that I would not be getting the refund after a month had passed. The conflicting information is frustrating as I was originally told I would receive the refund shortly. I created the additional account with the intention to avoid being double-charged and wasting money. My UK account was under the email [redacted] I am eager to receive my refund promptly.

Hello - I recently signed up for Netflix a few months ago and now have 2 accounts, but I can only use it on my mobile phone. When I got a new smart TV during the Covid lockdown, I couldn't connect my phone's Netflix to the TV even with the help of a professional installer. I was advised to open a second account, but I still haven't canceled the unnecessary one. After reaching out to Telstra about my data usage, I was assisted in applying for their free data offer. Despite receiving confirmation of the free data, I am still unable to stream after waiting 72 hours as instructed. I believe a phone call would be more suitable to explain the situation fully rather than a message. I have attempted all the recommended solutions but no luck. I hope to receive assistance soon.
