The issue in GetHuman-brwindso's own words
We were charged for netflix on March ** on our Visa for $**.** and then another charge on March ** for $**.**. Then we have a credit for **.** on April **. This is on our Visa credit card which we have never contacted or signed up with Netflix. Then when I call Netflix at ***-***-**** I am asked for the credit card number. I am very leary at this request since I never signed up for service and don't like giving the number over the phone. Shouldn't there be a way to check on these charges by a name of the subscriber? *Robert or Ruby Windsor
