I was trying to re-establish an account I had just cancelled as all the info entered to open the account did not work! Did not want the new one confused with the cancelled one, but could not access the account page. Tried the old email which I had used -did not work nor did I see options the chat supervisor told me to use! How can I start over and get the same options as I had on ****? ... This was so frustrating as on chat * times -*st time over a half hour, second time well over an hour and received the incorrect info both times! Customer support with a live person is not available for English speakers!
They could make it right by letting me sign up again with the * month free offer ( I did this to find out if I could connect my TV with the service as I am a senior and not technological. Called a friend to help, but the email and password I entered on **** was not accepted (had written both down!
I was a Netflix customer for over * years or more with discs delivers by mail. I am also a shareholder in the company for years!
