hello, I have logged in from my phone and changed the type of service from ultaHD ( **.**euro) to basic(*.**) and soon after this my account was blocked, i am asked to change the password but all i receive after using the link from reset password mail or trying to acces my account, i receive on all my devices the mesage "Sorry, we're having trouble with your request.You'll find lots to explore an the home page.-NSEZ-***" . I have already payed the service on with **.** euro

GetHuman-lexusbra did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
