I am experiencing difficulty connecting to Netflix and encountering the error code nw-2-5. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by restarting our internet modem, resetting the ROKU device multiple times, and unplugging our smart TV. Our ROKU is directly connected to the modem using an Ethernet cable. Although Netflix usually loads after a brief delay, we are encountering this code for the first time, possibly due to increased demand during the current health situation. When I select "Check your network," all 3 Netflix servers show a red X, while the internet connection displays nw-4-8-2 with a green checkmark but fails to connect to Netflix. I have also tried to reset Netflix without success. Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Dear Netflix, My name is Aliansyah Tri Setia. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to the entire team for creating the series La Casa de Papel. I truly love the show and have taken many messages from it. You have also inspired me to look up to the lead character, known as the Professor (Sergio Marquina), who embodies logic prevailing and humanity being cherished. I hope he is doing well. Secondly, I just want to suggest a song that the composers (Mr. Manel Santisteban, Ivan Martinez, and Lacamara) may not have heard yet, which is "Live Like Legends" by Ruelle. I believe this song is highly relevant to the situations in La Casa de Papel and can evoke emotions to fight against an unjust system. My intention is solely to help, as I feel enriched by the messages conveyed in the series. I hope that everyone watching this show can recognize that they are created to use their humanity. Thank you very much.

Hello, I wanted to bring attention to my recent viewing experience of "Don't F!@# With Cats". As a 30-year-old woman, I found the inclusion of actual videos in the documentary deeply disturbing. While the documentary was intriguing, showcasing these graphic scenes seemed unnecessary and gave the killer the attention he desired. The sight of the violence towards animals and a human victim was more than I could handle, and it has left me feeling traumatized. I believe the series should either remove these distressing visuals or provide much clearer warnings for viewers. I hope Netflix will reconsider the presentation of such content to prevent others from going through similar distress. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On 4/3/[redacted], I previously contacted you regarding an unresolved issue, but I have yet to receive a response. On 3/2/[redacted], I had a conversation with Alex who assisted in canceling a Nexflex service that my husband mistakenly subscribed to via the TV. Unfortunately, despite the cancellation assurance, our Xfinity bill displayed another charge for Netflix. Alex explained that the initial sign-up led to an unexpected subscription due to lack of cancellation confirmation. He issued a cancellation confirmation number but the charges persisted. Recently, an online chat with Froilan Rey from Netflix revealed no records of our account. The existence of the account objects to this claim as we are continually billed. Kindly investigate this matter further. The account closure seems incomplete from March 3rd, per Alex's validation. I request immediate closure of the account and withdrawal of the charges. Your swift attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, J. R. [redacted]

On March 17, [redacted], I, a fan of the Korean series "Kingdom," mistakenly uploaded Netflix videos to YouTube due to our quarantine in Davao City. This action resulted in copyright strikes on my YouTube account. Although I understand the consequences of my actions, it now hinders me from meeting the minimum requirements to earn on YouTube. I regret my mistake and seek Netflix's understanding. I promise not to repeat this error and hope for a retraction of the copyright strikes. I would appreciate any assistance in reaching out to Netflix. Thank you.

I recently subscribed to Netflix on my tablet. While watching "Lucifer," I received a notification that my McAfee antivirus had expired. I promptly renewed it and received a confirmation number. However, afterwards, I encountered a crash and have been unable to access "Lucifer" since. I am still able to watch other shows like YouTube and Facebook, but not my favorite, "Lucifer." If I am unable to resolve this issue, I may need to consider cancelling my Netflix subscription.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and after recent Netflix updates, I noticed that the shows appear too dark when playing on the app. I have adjusted the phone's settings multiple times, but it hasn't made a difference. For instance, while watching Ozarks on TV, the show is well-lit, but on the app, it appears very dark and scenes are hard to make out. The volume and other features work fine. This issue started after the app updated to control screen brightness within the app. Many online forums mention similar problems with various Samsung devices. Despite multiple updates in the past week, the brightness issue still persists. I'm wondering if there is a solution to fix this problem or if there will be an upcoming update to address it.

Hello, my name is Daizy Arganda and I am a Netflix customer. I used my husband's email for Netflix registration, but the payments come from my credit card. Unfortunately, our TV broke this morning and the new TV I'm trying to use doesn't seem to work with my husband's email for Netflix. I need assistance with transferring the account to the new TV. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Daizy Arganda. I registered my account using my husband's email and contact number. His name is Ruel Arganda, and his mobile number is [redacted]4. We are in the Philippines. Our TV broke this morning, which has access to Netflix. We are trying to sign in on another TV, but it's not working as we forgot the email address. I hope you can assist us since I pay the monthly bill, which is deducted from my credit card.

Hello, I have a suggestion to share. Due to the impact of Covid-19, many individuals are currently working from home and have more free time on their hands. Providing a complimentary subscription to Netflix for an extended period, perhaps two months, could keep people engaged with the platform. Once they have experienced the service for an extended period, they might be more inclined to continue and pay for the subscription afterward.

Hello, I have been watching the show "Vikings" and have reached Season 5 with 10 episodes. I recently discovered that there are a total of 20 episodes in Season 5 and an additional Season 6, which are currently not available for viewing. I was informed that this is due to licensing issues. I am extremely disappointed by this situation and feel that it is unfair to sell only half of the content. I kindly request that you consider either uploading the remaining episodes of "Vikings" or removing the show from the platform altogether. I believe there are other viewers who may share my frustration. I trust that you will address this matter and make the complete series available. Thank you. Sharon

I recently got a new TV and I'm struggling to set up Netflix on it. I'm facing issues accessing my account to log in and link my new device. The error message I keep receiving states "wrong password," even though I'm certain I'm using the correct one. Additionally, I need to update my email address from [redacted] (which I can't access) to [redacted], the correct one I've been using for years. How can I go about resetting my password and updating my email address on my Netflix account?

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with the Netflix app on both my smart TV and tablet since yesterday. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it on my tablet, but it still doesn't work. On the TV, despite uninstalling, downloading again, updating, and even resetting the TV, the app fails to play any movies. I can only watch movies on my tablet by accessing Netflix via Chrome, as the app on the TV doesn't work correctly and prevents me from casting to it through Chromecast. I contacted the TV service, and they mentioned that the problem lies with the application. I am reaching out here in hopes of finding a solution to this technical problem. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I noticed that the TV show "La Casa De Papel/Money Heist" only has Romanian subtitles available starting from season 3 & 4. I would appreciate it if the show could have Romanian subtitles from the first season as well. Thank you for your assistance.

On April 13, [redacted], I spoke with three representatives regarding my account's PHP [redacted] charge. Due to being unemployed from the coronavirus pandemic, I requested to waive the fee as I couldn't make my April 17 payment. The first representative, Paul, declined considering my situation and abruptly ended the chat when I asked for a supervisor. Ann Magnolia, the second representative, also refused to assist, following the same path. The third representative responded similarly, prompting me to ask for a supervisor, but encountered rudeness from all agents. I hope for a review of your chat support team members as their lack of empathy is evident. I have recordings of the conversations and may share them on social media to highlight the Netflix customer service experience. I question the existence of a Quality team, as the agents showed no understanding.

Hi there. I recently noticed that my Netflix account has been charged for a premium plan, although my brother is the one who normally pays for the second plan. I have been unaware of this additional charge, and I suspect it might have occurred when I bought a TV. Despite using the same Netflix account for months, money has been deducted from my bank account for a premium service I was not aware of. I am looking for assistance in resolving this issue as I did not create any other accounts. The charges have been ongoing for the past two months, so I kindly request a refund and guidance on how to cancel this unknown premium account. Thank you for your attention and support in this matter.

Today, I received an email that appears to be from Netflix, stating there was a problem processing a payment. I suspect it might be a spam email. Before deleting it, I want to confirm if there are any actual billing issues since our account is set up for direct billing. It's important to note that the email was sent to me, not my husband, who is the primary account holder with Netflix. Thank you. Names: J. & L. McEvoy Email: raymcevoy@[redacted]

Dear Netflix, I have a creative idea for you that you might find interesting. How about considering filming a movie or TV show in Sioux Falls, SD? This could be a fantastic chance for aspiring actors like me who are unable to relocate for their dreams. Many individuals in Sioux Falls share this sentiment and would love the opportunity. Please take a moment to contemplate this suggestion; it would mean a lot to me. Even though I'm just 12 years old (turning 13 soon), acting has been my dream since I was 4. I would be thrilled to audition for a role. If I don't get the part, that's okay, as the experience itself would be invaluable. Perhaps this might pave the way for someone even more talented to shine. Thank you! 😊

I wish to report a scam targeting individuals on Instagram and other social media platforms claiming to sell discounted Netflix accounts. Recently, I purchased one such account for a year subscription. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered the account contained suspicious details, including credit card information. It appears these scammers are hacking legitimate accounts and selling them in an illicit manner. I urge the Netflix team to investigate these fraudulent activities, assist the rightful owners in safeguarding their accounts, and take necessary actions to prevent these hackers from accessing more sensitive information. It is crucial to put an end to these deceitful practices, and I am seeking assistance in combating this issue.
