Netflix payment was taken out of my account yesterday. I tried signing in today and Netflix did not recognize my account. I entered in my credit card number and it pulled up another email address that was not mine. I entered in my credit card information again with the email address I used previously but another payment of $**.** was taken out again after a payment had already been taken yesterday. I would like to continue my Netflix, but I would definitely want one of my payments refunded back to me.
