I bought a 2-screen Netflix membership on New Year [redacted]. I had trouble accessing it, so shortly after, I upgraded to a 4-screen membership. However, I was surprised to see charges for both memberships. I assumed that upgrading would only result in paying the difference, especially since I upgraded within 10 to 20 minutes. I am seeking a refund for the 2-screen membership since I never got to use it.

Hello. I recently signed up for my Netflix account but made a typo in my email address. I received a message from my bank confirming a charge of $18.39, but when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account. After contacting Netflix, they informed me that the account was not fully activated and the charge had not been processed. I then signed up again with the correct email, and this time I received a message from my bank confirming a charge of $11.99. I'm unsure if the initial charge of $18.39 will still be deducted from my account. Can someone please clarify this for me?

I recently got an email from Netflix saying they needed my billing address updated to lift the hold on my account. So, I logged in and updated it, even though it was the same. However, they charged me twice in one day for this month instead of once. Could someone explain why this happened? I need a refund because having two payments deducted in a month is not in my budget.

I keep receiving emails supposedly from Netflix, but they seem off as the formatting is slightly different. The senders contact me right after my bill is paid and say my account is on hold, which I know is a scam. I'm concerned that some Netflix users might fall for this. I can forward the suspicious emails to you if needed. It would be great if you could take some action to address this issue.

I am disappointed that "Chambers" will not have a second season. I believe Netflix should reassess their decision because many people, including myself, enjoy the show. It's frustrating that it was canceled after the first season, especially with such a compelling cliffhanger. I am upset as I have never had a favorite show canceled before. I have been rewatching the first season eagerly awaiting the second season, only to learn today that Netflix will not be continuing it. I apologize for my strong words, but it is confusing why Netflix renews unpopular shows while canceling beloved ones like "Chambers." The platform promotes shows like "Glow," "Castlevania," "The Week Of," "Chef's Table," "Bojack Horseman," and "Dark," which I believe aren't well-received. Netflix, please reconsider your decisions.

I am disappointed that "Chambers" will not be returning for a second season. I believe Netflix should review their ratings, as many people enjoyed the show, and it is hard to understand why it was canceled after ending the first season on a cliffhanger. I, along with other viewers, am upset and frustrated. "Chambers" was my favorite show, and I have been rewatching the first season eagerly awaiting the next season, only to learn today that Netflix will not be continuing it. It is frustrating to see less popular shows being renewed for multiple seasons while a beloved show like "Chambers" gets canceled. I urge Netflix to reconsider and bring "Chambers" back for at least a second and third season.

I am disappointed that "Chambers" won't be returning for a second season. I believe Netflix should reconsider their decision, as many people, including myself, love the show. It's frustrating that after a gripping first season ending, the show won't continue. I'm upset as I've never had a favorite show canceled before. "Chambers" has been my go-to show, and I've been rewatching the first season eagerly anticipating the next one, only to hear the news today. I feel strongly about this, as it seems like other less popular shows on Netflix get renewed for multiple seasons while this beloved one gets canceled. I urge Netflix to rectify this by bringing "Chambers" back for at least a second and third season.

I recently started watching "Anne with an 'E'" just four days ago, and I've already finished the last episode. I've become so attached to this show, and I was disappointed to find out that there might not be a fourth season. There are so many unanswered questions - What happened to Ka'kwet? What about Bash and Delphine, Jerry, Matthew, and Marilla, and the girls? What's next for Anne and Gilbert? Does Mrs. Stacy remarry? With Anne off to college, what new adventures await her? Ending with Anne finding "the last piece of the puzzle" was clever, but life must go on after that, right? We want to see Anne grow from the "ugly" red-headed girl into the person she dreamed of becoming, embarking on adventures and defying norms with her soulmate by her side.

I am appalled by the promotion of pseudoscience like "The Goop Lab." This show should be scrapped before it debuts. The individual at Netflix behind this decision should face consequences, though not severe. They should suffer consequences for their poor judgment. The show's potential impact on impressionable audiences is concerning. It is disturbing to witness Netflix continue down this path, and those responsible should face repercussions. Gwyneth Paltrow perpetuates harmful misinformation. If "The Goop Lab" goes on air, I will cancel my subscription and urge others to do the same. Netflix's actions reflect a greedy pursuit of profit at any cost.

Hello, I wanted to express my concerns about the "Sexual Fantasies" episode of the documentary series "Explained." The episode's focus on rape fantasies without a proper contextual discussion of their implications troubled me. It seemed to normalize a topic that should be approached with sensitivity and understanding of how societal norms have evolved. By presenting these fantasies without critique, it runs the risk of perpetuating harmful behaviors and misconceptions about consent. I believe that when tackling such complex and contentious subjects, it is essential to handle them thoughtfully and responsibly. As a powerful platform that shapes perspectives, there is a significant responsibility to consider the impact of the content being produced. I urge the creators to be mindful of the message they are sending and the potential influence it can have on viewers.

As a volunteer on the High School Council in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I have selected vaping as a primary focus for this school year due to the growing epidemic. After watching the Netflix documentary "Broken, Vaping Epidemic," I believe it would be an excellent educational tool for our students. However, before proposing it to the Council, I want to ensure we are not violating any copyright laws by using it for non-profit, educational purposes. Your prompt confirmation that we can utilize it solely for educational purposes in our school program would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - Chris B.

In a caption in Stranger Things season 3 episode 5, it was stated that Grigori was using an 'assault rifle.' However, this is inaccurate as 'assault rifles' are not a real category (AR actually stands for ArmaLite Rifle, the company that created it). In reality, the weapon Grigori used is not an AR but an AK-47. For those interested, a gun enthusiast has identified it as such in this article: [redacted]. As a fan of Stranger Things and someone who values accurate information, I kindly request that the captions be corrected to reflect that Grigori is using an AK-47, not an assault rifle. This request is not about politics but rather ensuring factual accuracy. Just as you wouldn’t call someone by the wrong name intentionally, let's use the correct terminology for the gun being used. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Concerns about Rue Paul's Show on Netflix Dear [redacted], I am reaching out to discuss Rue Paul's latest show on Netflix. I must admit I am not surprised by the content, but I am truly disappointed. Children should be cherished and never subjected to sexualization or placed in situations where they could be perceived as acceptable targets for adults. Normalizing pedophilia is a grave danger to our youth. It is concerning that a company would promote such content while also pushing an LGBTQ agenda and denigrating heterosexual families. The inappropriate portrayal of a child using explicit language and themes is unacceptable and borders on promoting pedophilia. I canceled my subscription long ago and will strongly encourage others to do the same. Our children must be protected and allowed to maintain their innocence. While I understand companies may have their agendas, involving children in such matters is simply intolerable. This show should be removed immediately. Sincerely, Initials

We have been loyal Verizon FiOS customers for years and have enjoyed using Netflix on multiple devices without any issues. Recently, however, we encountered an error message stating we were using a proxy or VPN, which we are not. Despite troubleshooting efforts like resetting the router and devices, the problem persists across all our equipment, except when using LTE instead of WiFi. Our ISP, Verizon FiOS, confirmed no changes on their end. We are frustrated by the lack of solution and the inability to enjoy the service we pay for. If this problem persists, we will consider switching to Hulu and expect a refund for the disrupted service this month.

I am incredibly disappointed with Netflix. To begin with, I signed up for a 30-day free trial and was unexpectedly charged 80kr instead of the promised 0kr when I provided my information. Additionally, I received an email stating that my account has been upgraded to 129kr per month without my consent. I have not made any changes to my account as I have not even been able to log in, leading me to my next issue. I have been unable to access my account due to an error message that continuously appears stating: "Netflix Site Error. We were unable to process your request. Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below." In conclusion, I attempted a free trial only to be charged without access to any services, and now it seems I am being pushed into a more expensive subscription without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable and possibly illegal.

I am experiencing an issue with my subscription. I have been in contact with customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance. In July [redacted], we canceled our subscription, but in October [redacted], without our knowledge, it was reinstated. Consequently, our card has been continuously charged for the past three months even though we have not used the service. Despite no viewing activity listed in my account for October, November, and December [redacted], I have been informed by chat representatives that a refund cannot be issued due to recent viewing activity on the account. The sudden viewing activity from July [redacted] until now, 01/21/[redacted], occurred because we only recently noticed the unauthorized charges. I am seeking a refund for the months we were unaware of the charges. I have attempted to address this issue through chat support, but unfortunately, no resolution has been provided. Thank you, and I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently noticed a charge of $55 deducted from my account due to a connectivity issue with my cable provider. I managed to resolve the problem independently prior to reaching out to your company. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I observed two separate transactions: one for $5 and another for $50. I did not authorize these withdrawals, and I believe a refund is warranted. The unauthorized deductions were made from my virtual Visa debit card. As a single mother with two children on a modest income, this unexpected cost for a single inquiry that I never got to ask about feels unjust. I contacted Netflix, who confirmed no payment from their end and advised me to reach out to the bank. Please address this matter promptly.

Dear Team at Netflix, I recently received an email regarding an expired membership on Netflix, but I want to clarify that I have never created an account with your service. After noticing unauthorized payments on my credit card, I reported the issue to my bank. It seems someone else has used my email for their Netflix account in a different country. I reside in Italy and would not have used the service elsewhere. If you have any information on this individual, kindly provide their name so I can report them to the proper authorities. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, R.B.

Dear Concerned Party, Our sixth-grade class is currently delving into the realm of the stock market. Each student has been granted $50,[redacted] in virtual funds to purchase shares from five distinct companies. Our team opted to invest in Netflix stock and has diligently monitored the share price every Friday over the past twenty-four weeks. We plan to keep a close eye on the prices throughout the remainder of the year. The choice of Netflix was unanimous, as we are all avid subscribers and enthusiasts of the platform. One suggestion for enhancing your product would be to introduce passwords for parent accounts. This feature would safeguard against children accessing inappropriate content on their parents' accounts. By implementing this measure, you could attract more subscribers who seek to ensure that their children are exposed only to suitable material. Such a move would not only benefit consumers but also your company, as it would reassure parents that their children are engaging with content appropriate for their age. Thank you for considering our feedback. Best regards, A.O.
