The issue in GetHuman-theyarlm's own words
I'm very disappointed in you Netflix.**First of all I signed up for a ** day free trial and have somehow been charged **kr instead of *kr as it said when I gave my informations.**Second of all I've later received a mail telling me it has upgraded my account to ***kr a month WITHOUT me doing anything. I have in no way upgraded my account as I haven't even been able to log in which brings me to my third point.**I haven't even been able to use my account as it keeps saying:*"Netflix Site Error*We were unable to process your request.*Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below. "**To sum it up I've tried a free trial to see if this is something from me which has ended up costing me money without giving me access to anything and now it even tries to scam me to a more expensive subscription. THIS IS ILLEGAL?!

GetHuman-theyarlm did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
