I was just trying to access my account but was unable to so i upgraded to * screen membership. ... I purchase a * screen netflix membership on new year **** but had problem accessing it so just after few minutes of struggle i upgrade to * screen membership but to my surprise i was charged for both the memberships i thought upgrading will just charge me the difference and that too when i upgrade just after ** t* ** minutes.*All i want is a refund aginst the * screen membership of mine as i never got to use it.
It is frustrating to know that i was charged for what i never got to use!
I want a refund for * screen membership.
I expected netflix to charge me for * membership only instead they charged me for both of them
