I am deeply disturbed by the way Christians are disrespected in your play depicting Jesus as homosexual. The portrayal is insulting and goes against biblical teachings. I will have to close my account with your company because of this offensive content. It feels like a direct insult to our country's foundations based on Judeo-Christian values. I hope you seek forgiveness from God for this.

I have a deep passion for the ocean and marine life, but unfortunately, I reside in Indiana. Watching Blue Planet II helped me feel connected to the water I adore. However, I have noticed that it has been replaced with a Disney film called “Oceans”, which, at 1 hour and 25 minutes, falls short in satisfying my oceanic desires. I kindly request that you bring back Blue Planet II or possibly include more documentaries focused on the ocean. I appreciate your consideration. Sincerely, a disappointed viewer.

I have not searched Netflix for a movie, but reportedly there is one that portrays the Life of Jesus in a disrespectful manner. This includes Jesus being depicted as homosexual, Mary having an inappropriate relationship with God, and the Disciples being shown as alcoholics. For me, this is extremely offensive. If this movie is not removed, I will have to cancel my subscription in protest of its insensitivity, especially during this holy time of the year. I am deeply upset by the possibility of such content existing on your platform. I have already contacted the Pope about this issue and will encourage others to unsubscribe if necessary. It is crucial that your company respects the beliefs of its viewers. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to terminate my subscription immediately.

I have decided to cancel my subscription to Netflix due to their recent addition of, "The First Temptation Of Christ" to their movie list. I find this inclusion to be disrespectful and ill-advised. Even though I don't think Netflix will care much about my cancellation, they should be cautious. As Galatians 6:7 says, "Do not be deceived, God will not be mocked. A man reaps what he sows." Netflix may gain a new audience, but they should consider the consequences of their choices.

I am disappointed that Netflix is airing "The Temptation of Christ." I kindly request its removal before I consider encouraging other subscribers to cancel their service. It is disrespectful to depict a revered religious figure in such a manner. Please prioritize the feelings of Christian viewers who also support your platform by removing the movie promptly. Your actions will show that you value your customers' faith and their continued patronage.

I have been without Netflix for approximately 8 weeks because the box was not functioning properly. Despite several phone calls insisting the issue was not with the box but with my internet, my Foxtel service proves I have internet. I have been charged for Netflix during this time and believe I should receive credit for these payments as I was unable to use the service. I now have a new box, so I hope you take my situation into account. Thank you, Gaye P.

I recently started watching "Seyit & Sura" and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I just discovered that you will be taking it down on December 26th, which is heartbreaking news for me. I am hopeful that you might extend its availability for another month. Lately, I have been let down by the content you offer, and this show is a rare gem that I won't have time to finish if it's removed as scheduled. Watching all the remaining episodes in such a short period seems impossible. Kindly reconsider your decision. I have recommended the show to friends who are now interested in watching it. If it must be taken down, I would appreciate it if you could inform me where I can find it to complete the series. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - A. Leclair

Yesterday, when attempting to log in, I received a message saying my email wasn't recognized. I then reviewed past customer service emails and discovered on December 12th, your team had sent an email notifying me of an email address change to [redacted], which I didn't authorize. Despite this, my account was still charged by Netflix on December 8th. Can this issue be resolved promptly? I need access to my account urgently as I am on holiday and would like to watch movies.

I'm experiencing an issue with Netflix regarding the number of downloaded videos allowed. Despite having only 11 episodes downloaded, including 8 from "The Witcher" and 3 from "Better Call Saul," I keep receiving a message stating there are too many videos downloaded. I previously had more videos on my old phone, which I have since deleted, but the problem persists. I attempt to download episodes when I have access to wifi, but the issue remains unresolved. I've tried removing my old Samsung device from the "manage download devices" section, but an error prevents me from doing so. I kindly request assistance in removing the old device or both devices promptly so I can download more content. Thank you for your help.

I'm incredibly disappointed that despite 2 million signatures, Netflix has decided not to cancel “The First Temptation”. Many of us will be canceling our subscriptions in protest. Can you imagine if Netflix portrayed Mohammed in a similar way? The backlash would be severe. It's just unbelievable! What is going on with the decision-makers at Netflix?

Dear Netflix, I am Mireya, and I am reaching out to suggest adding "Monk" to your platform. This show has great value, and viewers can learn a lot from the main character. Even though I watched it out of sequence when it aired on TV, it still holds many fond memories for me. I understand you receive numerous requests to add various shows and movies, but I would be grateful if you could consider including this particular show. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Mireya Martinez

I am new to Netflix and wanted to explore their service with the 30-day free trial. However, after signing up and entering my card details, I was charged £5.99. Since I haven't used Netflix at all and prefer another streaming platform, I feel like the charge was unfair. I am seeking a full or partial refund for the amount deducted.

These individuals are stealing from us. I cannot cancel their subscription. I chatted with them, and they told me it was canceled, but they are still taking my money. This is the worst online service I have encountered. I do not recommend anyone join this. Once you join, there is no going back. What a scam, scam, scam. If people do not want their service, they should be able to cancel. We need to spread the word about this to more people. They should never ever try it.

Hello Team, I would like to inquire about the recent charge on our bill. Our [redacted] account canceled the subscription three days before the end of the free trial period, while the [redacted] account did not successfully cancel and we did not receive any email notifications from Netflix. We decided to cancel the subscription because it was initially signed up by my sister. Additionally, we are seeking assistance on how to process a refund. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered an issue today when attempting to log into my account. Unfortunately, I was unable to access my account. I suspect that someone might have unauthorized access as my email address appears to have been changed without my permission. I value and enjoy using your service and have already made the necessary payment. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. My account number is [redacted]4, and the payment reference is 5D070930UC[redacted] from the 11th of December. Kindly address this issue promptly. Thank you, Tamas G.

The trailer for "Don't F*** with Cats" started playing for me. At first, I thought it would be light-hearted, given the title, but it quickly turned distressing. The real footage of the kitten cruelty was deeply upsetting. I was emotionally affected, almost to the point of searching for the full video online. I typically watch Netflix to relax, but this has left me disturbed for a week. It's been hard to shake off. I wish there were content warnings or a way to block such content. Seeing the film repeatedly suggested on my account is a painful reminder. I value Netflix, but my mental well-being comes first. If there's no solution, I may have to consider switching to a different streaming service to avoid similar experiences in the future.

I am frustrated by the delay in resolving this matter. I plan to forward you an email from my bank outlining the necessary steps. If the pre-authorization has been canceled, no action is needed, and it should clear shortly. In case of an error or a hindrance on card usage, the business can contact the bank to expedite the cancellation. The business can reach out through their official email at [redacted] or by fax at 02 8[redacted] with a letter including company details, my name, postcode, card number, transaction amount and date, authorization number, and a cancellation request. After receiving this information, the bank can remove the transaction within two hours.

Hello, I have been a loyal Netflix user for quite some time. I recently created a new account using the email "[redacted]" without checking if it was already in use. Unfortunately, I have discovered that my account was stolen. Please help me regain access. To verify my ownership, the profile names on the account when I first created it were Ali, Maha, Hassan, Dana, Armando, and Aso. The password I used for the account was "Aliali2020." Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

I am reaching out to Netflix regarding the Christmas movie that portrays Jesus Christ as a gay man. This depiction is highly offensive to my family and me. After discussing this matter as a family, we have decided that unless this content is removed, we will be discontinuing our longstanding Netflix subscription. I kindly request a response regarding Netflix's plan of action. Best regards, B & E Vos and Family

I recently discovered that Netflix plans to air a movie that mocks Jesus, which is deeply offensive to Christian believers worldwide. I have upgraded my subscription, but I am considering canceling it if they proceed with this film. I am concerned about the disrespect and blasphemy it represents. I understand that many others have already left Netflix in protest, and I may have to do the same to stand by my principles. It is unacceptable to me to see such a key aspect of my faith treated in such a tasteless manner. Thank you, Donna G.
