I signed up for Netflix a month ago and today when I opened the app on my phone it said that my account is paused and that I need to add a payment method which is weird because I didn’t get the free month that I was promised. It also says that I need to make a payment by December *th, which is when I thought my Netflix account would expire, but yet my account is “on pause until I update payment method.” I would like to know why I didn’t get a free month and if I can possibly still get it.
