I received emails notifying me of login attempts from Egypt and the Philippines, with links redirecting to a suspicious support page resembling the official one. I got wary when the support agent requested my credit card details to verify my account before supposedly restoring it. Could you please assist me in recovering my old account? On September 7th and September 10th, [redacted], I accidentally made two subscriptions using my credit card details, resulting in two payments being deducted. Consequently, I have canceled the subscription scheduled for payment today or tomorrow. I would like to continue receiving your services as per the first payment made on October 7th with my Citibank credit card ending in xxxx5081. I am unsure whether the subscription was made under my name or my wife's name.

I allowed my friend to use my card for a free trial since he couldn't access his own information. Later, when I tried to enroll in the trial, I used a different card number to avoid my friend's membership continuing and being charged. Changing the card number was prompted by a warning after I initially input my friend's card. When I used a different card number, there was no warning about charges, but I was unexpectedly charged as soon as my membership began. This occurred around 16:30 on October 13, [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for this charge.

I had set my Netflix account to auto-charge my debit card on October 13th. However, on the 12th, I decided to cancel the auto-charge to avoid it debiting my debit card. Today, I purchased a $15 Netflix prepaid card and added it to my account, showing a balance of $15. Subsequently, I reactivated my account. Despite this, upon checking, I discovered that my debit card was still charged, leaving the $15 balance untouched. I urgently need to have the debit card charge reversed as my account is now empty, risking overdraft fees. Despite contacting Netflix customer service, they claimed the charge had already gone through and could not assist further. I am perplexed as the charge happened minutes before they checked my account. As a long-time Netflix customer, I have always appreciated their customer service, but this recent experience has been disappointing. I request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

As a university art student, I am facing an issue where taking screenshots of scenes only yields a black image with subtitles. I believe this is a protection measure against piracy but it hinders my drawing and composition studies. I would like to clarify that I am interested in capturing individual shots from films and shows solely for educational purposes, to use for hand-tracing, image editing, and mark-up like traditional pen and pencil techniques. These shots are meant for study and not for distributing copyrighted material.

I am disappointed with GetHuman's mediation services. They claimed to help resolve my issue with Netflix, but instead, they have added to the problem with confusing communication. GetHuman suggested using other mediators, leading to more expenses. Netflix falsely represented GetHuman as a mediator, resulting in unresolved disputes. Netflix has neglected fraud claims, not rectifying security flaws exposed by me. Despite canceling my account and my refusal to provide updated credit card details, they have failed to refund the money they took. I distrust Netflix and will disconnect from their services. I am awaiting GetHuman's assistance in dealing with Netflix, but they keep asking for my demands. Communication with GetHuman lacks clarity, making me feel like we are going in circles.

I have a question regarding the subtitles on foreign language shows. Specifically, I've noticed that while watching a Norwegian show called Occupation, the subtitles only translate the Norwegian dialogue to English, not the English dialogue. I have a medical condition that affects my sensory processing, so I heavily rely on subtitles to follow along with the content. I find it frustrating that subtitles are not provided for the English parts as well. It would greatly enhance my viewing experience if subtitles were available for all dialogue, not just the foreign language portions.

I requested three films: 1) "Crippled Avengers", 2) "The Glimmer Man" starring Steven Seagal, and 3) "Demolition Man" starring Sylvester Stallone, rated 15. I have made these requests multiple times, but none of the films I asked for are on your website. When I receive emails from you, they mention different movies that I did not request. This makes me feel accused of lying, which I am not happy about. I expect to receive the films I requested, not random picks that are falsely attributed to me. Hi team, I have yet to receive the Rs [redacted] credit that was fraudulently deducted from my account. Despite being assured that the amount would be credited, there has been no action taken. My emails have been ignored, and the customer service team has been rude and unhelpful in addressing my refund request. I was mistakenly charged for two accounts when I only have one. I used one email during my one year free trial with FiOS. After the trial ended, I changed my email address but have continued to be billed for two accounts. I'm seeking a refund for several months, but so far have only been credited for October. As a loyal Netflix customer for many years, I expect better customer service to address this issue. The email I used for the free trial was [redacted], which was later changed to [redacted] I currently use the Gmail account. I believe my long-standing loyalty and prompt payments warrant a full refund for the erroneous charges.

I kindly request that you consider adding all the seasons of Bondi Rescue to the platform. After binge-watching seasons 7 and 8, I couldn't help but smile throughout every episode. As a busy college student overloaded with work, this show has been a much-needed break during breakfast or quick study breaks. I'm having trouble connecting to Netflix on my MacBook Air. It's working fine on my iPhone and LG smart TV, but on my laptop, I keep getting an error message saying: "This site can’t be reached www.netflix.com refused to connect." I've tried everything - from updating my laptop to deleting and redownloading browsers, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I reached out to my internet provider, and they confirmed it's not a connection problem. I even cleared my cookies, but it didn't help.

I am currently being charged every month for a Netflix account that I no longer use. I am unable to log in to cancel the account because I do not remember the email address associated with it. My bank is also unable to stop the automatic payments. Despite not using the account, I noticed the monthly fee has increased from 9.99 to 11.99. Hello, 48 hours ago, I attempted to use uTorrent to watch a movie, and since then, I've been unable to access my Netflix account. I cannot sign in or out. However, my cousin, who is tech-savvy, was able to log in to his Netflix account using my Wi-Fi without any issues, indicating it's not an IP address problem. Other family members who share devices on the same account are not facing similar problems. It seems like there may be an issue specific to my account with Netflix.
