My Netflix was to auto charge my debit card on Oct **,i cancelled it on the **th to keep it from charging my debit card and this morning I bought a prepaid Netflix card for $**. I went on my account and added the Netflix card and it showed a balance on my account of $**, so I reactivated my account. When I opened my account up it showed it had charged my debit card anyway and I still have a balance if $**. I need my debit card charge cancelled, I emptied my account and I will be charged an overdraft fee if it goes through. That's why I was using the Netflix card to pay. I called Netflix customer service and after a lot of confusion and run around on their part, they said the charge had already went through and there was nothing they could do. I don't know how since it had only been * minutes from when it charged my card until she looked at my account. I've been a Netflix customer for many years and have had great customer service until this morning, please help me resolve this issue.
