To Netflix*I hope you can help and resolve this HUGE injustice.*I recently found out that I have been paying for a non-existing Netflix account for * years that added up to be $***.**.*On Dec *st. **** My son and I were setting up a Netfilx account for our family. He was trying to do it through the computer and I was trying to do it through my smart TV. We were setting up * account for the household. While we were doing it at the same time. I entered his email as *****@***.com which was not correct and was invalid, and he entered the correct one *****@***.com success we had it all set up and have been enjoying your streaming service ever since. *The original $*.** was apparently being charged on * separate credit cards and when I would review the monthly charges I would never give it a *nd thought that an account that was NEVER operational would keep being charged to a different credit card until recently when I had to search for something specific that his was discovered.*I called Netfilx right away and they informed me that I was correct that * account WAS NEVER set up, but they continued to charge me.*The case * that they gave me is B-*CS*****GN*******I was refunded for * most recent month of $**.***I always pay my bills on time and for a small consumer to be charged for * years for an account that was never operational is beyond absurd and borderline illegal. *Before I contact consumer legal rights agency.*I hope you can make this right and refund me all the money that was taken from me of $***.***Yes, it is on me for not catching this sooner, but when it’s a small charge monthly on * cards that is recognizable for a monthly commitment, you can see how easy it is to be missed.**Valerie King*****Birchwood Ln.*Northfield, IL ***********@***.com *netfilx account is under *****@***.com
