I had used Netflix before,but cancelled after the free trial .it had even been a long while..and then I created another account because I couldn't even remember my old password...and then it just said you have finished your free trial..(that's on the new account oo) you will be deducted soon!...I thought it was a joke but i still cancelled the account very immediately to avoid issues like this. I was not even notified the money had been deducted until I wanted to do a transaction and I saw the low balance! Please rectify this issue soonest please..because I must do this transaction latest tomorrow or it lead to really bad consequences for me. please. And maybe its because I linked it to the same account and u guys just decided to deduct the account.. Ah! Its unfair..pls rectify
