Hello. I have been a dedicated Netflix customer for over a year and my account payments have been automatically drafted from my account every month. However, I haven't been able to enjoy my Netflix subscription for over * months due to personal reasons.My situation has temporarily changed and, until the new year, I can no longer afford to spend money on anything that isnt neccessary to survive.Will you please suspend, or cancel my account until I am able to renew it and then refund my card for the last two months when I for a subscription and then was unable to use the service. I know that this is not the standard practice since Netflix was not the reason I was unable to use the subscription. If you are able to work with me on granting the refund I would really appreciate it.. I wouldn't bother asking like if i wasn't desperate
