I received an email that appears to be fraudulent, claiming I purchased "Netflix Premium" from Apple, but I haven't made this purchase. The message includes a link to a file called 'WORD' for order details. Just a heads up to watch out for these types of scams.

Dear all, As a devoted customer, I wanted to share my recent health challenge. Unfortunately, I am no longer in remission, and the new medication is not covered by my insurance, making it extremely expensive for me. I kindly ask if there is any possibility to offer me a discounted rate, as my health condition now keeps me confined to bed or the hospital. I usually watch your shows on my iPad and phone since I don't have a TV in my bedroom. I must say that I have been thoroughly entertained by some captivating programs, especially the show "Genesis." I truly value your programming and hope that you could assist me during this difficult time. Your help would mean a great deal as I navigate through this health battle. Thank you sincerely, S.B. 🌸🌸

I have been receiving emails from Netflix about an account I do not have. I am not a customer of Netflix, and I am unsure how Shaw.ca accessed my Hotmail account. Ignoring these emails has not stopped them. Today's email subject was "Netflix payment not authorized, [redacted]," from "support [greater-than sign] [redacted] [less-than sign]." It was addressed to "[redacted]" urging to "Update your account now." I clicked on the link to see if I should contact Shaw or Netflix, and it directed me to Netflix. Please remove my email and any other information you have about me from your database. I will provide it if I subscribe in the future. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, E. Kendal

A few days ago, I encountered an issue trying to log into my Netflix account on my smart TV. It seemed like I was logged out and couldn't sign back in. I have a Netflix subscription linked to my Three phone account through PayforIt. After assuming Three might have changed something, I added my bank details separately and made a payment of 9.99 to access Netflix again. However, when I checked my Three bills, I saw that Netflix charges were included. After contacting Three, they confirmed my Netflix subscription was still active. Surprisingly, I received an email stating that Three couldn't bill my Netflix through my subscription and canceled my membership. I did not cancel my subscription and need my Netflix account to be reinstated correctly. Three is still charging me for Netflix, and I want the recent charge refunded while keeping my Netflix access. I am worried that resolving this issue might affect my Netflix account access. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I'm reaching out from Australia. Recently, my smart TV ran a system check, as it has done numerous times before. Following this, I attempted to access Netflix, only to encounter the NW-2-5 error message. I have diligently attempted troubleshooting by powering off devices, unplugging them, waiting 20 seconds, and then reconnecting. I also reset the internet connection by following a similar unplugging process. Despite these efforts, my TV continues to display the error message prompting a restart of my network and streaming device. My internet connection is functional, demonstrated by my laptop's activity. The screen instructs me to visit Netflix.com/nethelp, code nw-2-5, which I tried following without success. I am unable to progress to the reset stage involving my username and password. Can someone assist me in identifying the root cause of this issue? Given that our internet connection is operational, I rule out our provider as the source of the problem.

I am inquiring about my account registered under the email [redacted] I noticed two transactions of $11.49 NZD on my bank statement, which were not authorized. I have never used this account for Netflix, and I am surprised to see this activity. Could you please refund the total of $22.98 NZD and close the account associated with this email on your site? Thank you, and I await your prompt resolution.

My name is Rosalinda B. David, and my mobile number is [redacted]3. I reside at Prince Gregory Condominium, Unit [redacted], [redacted], 12th Ave Cubao, Brgy Socorro, Quezon City. At some point in March or early April, I attempted to sign in to Netflix using my Globe mobile number and email address, '[redacted]'. Although I did not complete the sign-in process, I was surprised to see a Netflix charge of P445 on my Globe bill spanning from 4/11/19 to 5/10/19. I contacted Globe customer service, and they advised me to cancel with Netflix. Since the charge was included in my Globe bill, I settled the total amount on May 22, which included the P445 Netflix charge. I am now requesting the immediate closure of my Netflix account, as I believe I did not successfully sign up. I also kindly request the reversal of the P445 charge on my Globe account. I apologize for any confusion and appreciate prompt action on this matter. Thank you and God bless.

Subject: Issue with Netflix Account and Unexpected Charges From: Nade N. I canceled my Netflix subscription at the end of December after my free trial ended. However, I've been billed monthly since then on my USD card ending in [redacted] for Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, and now May. I kindly request a credit to my card. For over 15 years, I've been a Netflix customer requesting diverse world movies and sitcoms that educate me on various topics. Unfortunately, I keep receiving recommendations for movies and shows I have already seen instead of new and enriching content. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Warm regards, Nade N.

I believe I signed up for a free 1-month trial with Netflix but never received it. I have been charged for a double subscription monthly for 4 devices, even though I only use one TV to watch Netflix. I request a refund for the last 5 months of unused subscriptions due to confusion over the multiple device charges. As seniors, the small screens of extra devices are hard for us to see. The charges on Jan 23rd, Feb 23rd, Mar 23rd, Apr 23rd, and May 24th were $17.99 each but should have been $13.99. Please reimburse us a total of $37.99. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Blessings, Lilly.

Dear Netflix, I have a strong objection to the portrayal of Puerto Ricans in the documentary "After Maria." The representation of Puerto Ricans as reliant on welfare and FEMA is deplorable. Puerto Ricans are hardworking people who do not depend on government assistance. The individuals shown in the documentary who struggle to find employment after the hurricane are not representative of the population as a whole. Additionally, depicting a Puerto Rican who struggles to communicate in English undermines those who are proficient in the language. It is important to recognize that not all Puerto Ricans face these challenges. Having personally relocated to Florida six years ago without family support, I know the importance of self-reliance. I was able to secure a job, housing, and transportation independently. Many Puerto Ricans in the continental USA have worked diligently to overcome stereotypes of laziness. I urge you to clarify that the documentary features specific individuals and does not reflect the entire Puerto Rican community. Your prompt response is appreciated.

My Netflix payment is usually deducted on the 29th of each month without any problems. However, due to the holiday on Monday, my pay will only be deposited into my account on the 30th. I kindly request an extension for my payment to be processed tomorrow morning when the money will be available in the account. Netflix is my sole TV entertainment, and my household enjoys using it. Re-activating the service would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Message for Ted Sarandos Dear Mr. Sarandos, I have recently come across news articles mentioning that as Chief Content Officer for Netflix, you are contemplating boycotting work in Georgia due to potential pro-life legislation. While I respect the right of individuals to boycott or protest legislation conflicting with their beliefs, I believe corporations like Netflix should remain neutral on such issues. Why should Netflix get involved in politics? My Netflix subscription is solely for entertainment purposes; I value the diverse range of movies available. I choose what I watch without expecting only movies that align with my views. If Netflix goes ahead with a boycott, I will cancel my subscription. Kindly refrain from imposing political views on me or anyone who may hold differing opinions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Jane D. [redacted]

I highly recommend Netflix to consider picking up the show "Tower Prep" from Cartoon Network, as it was canceled prematurely despite its great potential. The series follows rebellious teenager Ian Archer who wakes up in a mysterious school named Tower Prep with no memory of his arrival. The unique institution helps students harness their special abilities, but they are all unaware of its location or how they ended up there. With the school surrounded by forbidden forest, Ian and his friends embark on a quest to uncover the truth behind Tower Prep's secrets. It's a captivating storyline that deserves a chance to shine on Netflix.

I have a big complaint about Netflix. I recently signed up, excited to watch TV shows and movies, but I was disappointed to find out that my access is limited due to my region, as I live in Russia. This means I am paying the same price for far fewer options, which feels like discrimination. I believe everyone should have equal access to content regardless of where they are located. It's disheartening to think that regional differences can affect the service quality in this age of globalization. Netflix's approach seems ignorant and unfair, leaving me feeling disappointed about the unequal treatment.

Hello, our family has been loyal Netflix subscribers for quite a while now, and overall, we are pleased with the service provided. I wanted to share my thoughts on Netflix's involvement in Georgia's new abortion law. It would be great if you focused on delivering quality content and value to your customers and avoided taking sides in political issues, especially those leaning far left. Many subscribers, like myself, identify as conservative and are increasingly wary of corporations delving into politics, regardless of agreement with their views. The conservative audience values morals, principles, and has considerable disposable income. If Netflix doesn't remain neutral and continues to engage in political matters, we might have to rethink our subscription. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, M.

Dear Netflix Customer Service, I am writing to raise a concern and seek your help regarding my subscription. Over the past three months, I have availed of the AED 29 per month plan from January to March [redacted]. I made sure to cancel the subscription by the end of March, and I received confirmation from Netflix that my account was inactive up to the present time. However, to my surprise, I recently noticed charges on my card from Netflix for April 30 and May 30, each at AED 56 per month, totaling AED [redacted]. When I contacted the Netflix call center to inquire about these deductions, they mentioned an unauthorized application for AED 56 monthly, which I did not request for or authorize. Despite my reluctance to provide my 16-digit card number, Netflix stated that they could not assist me without this information. Consequently, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed the AED 56 deductions for both April and May. I kindly request the refund of AED [redacted] to my account and seek your support in identifying the individual behind the unauthorized application for AED 56 monthly, as this is unacceptable. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, V. S. Jr. - [redacted]

Dear Netflix Customer Service, I wanted to provide feedback regarding the Netflix original series "When They See Us." Initially, I found the show engaging, but I became increasingly frustrated with what I perceived as a push for political interests within the storyline. Introducing the president into the narrative appeared unnecessary and felt like an attempt to incite unwarranted negativity towards him. While the detectives' actions towards the innocent teens were appalling, this issue shouldn't have been intertwined with political agendas. President Trump's response mirrored what many would have felt given the information available at the time. The understanding of the real events would have altered the public's perspective significantly. I urge Netflix to focus on entertainment rather than delving into political themes that could polarize viewers. Please refrain from painting a negative portrayal of President Trump for a situation that occurred decades ago and was tainted by corrupt officials. I watch Netflix for escapism, not political bias. Thank you for considering my feedback. Sincerely, Vincent L.

I recently learned that Netflix has threatened to withdraw all business from Georgia due to the recently passed heartbeat bill. While I understand that my words may not impact the Netflix executives, I want to make a promise. If Netflix goes through with pulling out of Georgia, I will immediately cancel my Netflix subscription. It is troubling to see the support for allowing women to terminate pregnancies equated with the right to do anything they wish with their bodies. I find it difficult to accept this notion. I will actively encourage others to join me in canceling their subscriptions too. When corporations delve into politics, they inadvertently engage in a conflict with half the population that believes abortion is unethical and a civil society should protect the innocent from harm.

I have been a customer for 20 years. I believe it is not Netflix's place to intervene in state laws about protecting babies. Babies deserve the right to live. If Netflix decides to leave Georgia for this reason, I will cancel my subscription and encourage others to do the same. Businesses should not meddle in politics; it is not their role.
