I just made a Netflix account so I can watch a specific tv show I was interested in. But when I realised Netflix didn’t have the updated seasons of the tv show I was interested in, I went to cancel my account. However, after I canceled my account, I realised that Netflix has charged me for the “first free month” straight away. Why was I charged when I didn’t watch anything & when we are promised, “first month free”!?
