No matter how much troubleshooting I do, my ps* keeps stating it can not connect to Netflix Server * and Netflix Server *, generating the error 'NW-*-*'. **Have been trying all different methods of restarting, relogging, speaking to internet provided. So far nothing has helped. And before I get asked, yes I have tried turning of the modem and router, unplugging it and the ps* from the power, waiting for a long period of time (*** minutes) and then turning the router and modem on, waiting for them to boot up completely then plugging in the ps* and turning it on at the power button. Nothing has worked yet.
GetHuman-kyelrob did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
