I would like to know why my bill increased. I was told it would go up once and I had $**.** taken automatically out of my checking account when it only used to be she dollars $**.**!! **This is a drastic increase as far as I’m concerned and I might have to go to Zulu or something like that is opposed to watching Netflix anymore for $** a month I think it’s too much. Can you please let me know why it was increased? Is it because of Netflix increasing prices or something else I’m missing. I look forward to hearing from you thank you
