This is my third complaint about the ongoing issue. I am seeking reimbursement. I initially signed up for a free trial from March 28, [redacted], to April 26, [redacted], and canceled on April 26. According to the terms, I should have received a notification three days before the trial ended for cancellation or continuation, but I did not receive any. I was surprised to find my credit card charged by Netflix today. I lodged a complaint online on April 28, canceled again via the mobile app, and requested email contact but have not received any assistance or reply from Netflix yet. I would appreciate help in resolving this matter as I have already signed out and have not received any email communication from Netflix regarding my account. My mobile number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted].

Hello Netflix! I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding a phone number shown on The OA. In season 2, episode 4 at 27:42, a real phone number was displayed instead of the typical fake [redacted] number. This number actually belongs to one of my friends, and as the show has a dedicated fanbase, this has led to my friend receiving frequent calls. While this may have been an oversight, it has sparked some interest due to its connection to "Angels Flight" when reverse searched. I understand changing the number is not ideal as it could inconvenience someone else. Is there a way to prevent others from getting this number in the future? Thank you.

I canceled my free month subscription last year with Netflix but have been charged monthly using my card details without authorization. I've been unable to log in to my account to stop the payments, receiving an "email not found" error. I attempted to contact customer service via Gethuman on 25/04/[redacted], but after multiple unsuccessful attempts until 06/06/[redacted], the issue remains unresolved. As a pensioner, I cannot afford these unauthorized charges. Please have a real person contact me at [redacted] promptly to address this matter. I can provide my bank statements as proof of the unauthorized charges. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this with automated systems, I have not received a resolution. I urgently need my account canceled and the unauthorized charges refunded.

We encountered slow Netflix streaming on our smart TV. After confirming our broadband speed with our provider, we contacted Netflix but faced multiple disconnections. Surprisingly, our recent phone bill showed a charge of £[redacted].55 to address the Netflix problem. This recurring issue happens monthly, with Netflix possibly clogging memory caches causing slowdowns. We believe we deserve a full refund for the expenses from contacting Netflix. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am feeling extremely frustrated that the Ted Bundy movie is available on Netflix USA, but here in Ireland, we have to subscribe to Sky to watch it. It seems like there might be some ulterior motive to make extra money. As a loyal and honest customer who pays my fees and doesn’t engage in shady practices, I believe I should get a fair deal. If the movie is accessible in the USA, it should also be available to us in Ireland. This unequal treatment doesn't seem fair and gives the impression that we are being asked to pay twice. I really hope for a resolution as to why we can't access the same content as viewers in the USA.

I was watching Longmire on Netflix when I accidentally logged off and now I cannot log back in. My Netflix account is not linked to my Google Account. I usually log in with my email address [redacted] and a password. I am struggling to regain access to my account. I'm Eddie (teddy) Forrest, an Australian residing in South Bunbury, Western Australia.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Netflix billing. Recently, I've noticed that the monthly charges are being deducted from my daughter's account, Lulu Landes' Debit card via iTunes linked to her Paypal instead of my bank account where it should be charged as the main account holder. On the 7th of January, Lulu was charged twice, totaling £19.98. She was then reimbursed £9.99 on the same day but charged again on the 8th of February. This irregular pattern continued in March and April. I am concerned about the inconsistency in billing dates and the double charge in January. I wish to keep our Netflix subscription but require future charges to be billed correctly to my account. Kindly refund any overcharged amounts. For further discussion, contact me on [redacted]2 to update the billing information. I await your prompt response on resolving this matter. Thank you, Julia Landes

Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my Netflix account. On March 3, [redacted], a charge of N2,[redacted].66 was debited from my account for the first free month trial due to card verification. Despite being told by the customer care team that the funds would be returned within two weeks, the amount has not been reversed. The card number associated with this transaction is [redacted]*******[redacted]. I kindly request an investigation into this matter to facilitate the reversal of the pending funds or for further guidance. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Rosemary Ojemaye

Hello, I am a Netflix customer experiencing issues with the Netflix app on my iPad. It used to work fine until last week, but now whenever I click on the Netflix icon, the app crashes. I have tried troubleshooting by deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times, changing networks, resetting the Netflix settings, as well as restarting my iPad numerous times. Interestingly, Netflix still works on my computer, iPhone, and even on my wife's tablet. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice you may have.

I've spent four hours trying to subscribe to Netflix, but keep getting an error message about my card. Despite Amex confirming my card is fine, I was unable to use it. Netflix customer service suggested buying a gift card instead, which I don't want to do. After multiple failed attempts with different cards, Netflix still couldn't resolve the issue and suggested a hold on my Amex card. Frustrated with the lack of solutions and conflicting information, I feel like my time was wasted. Amex even offered to clarify my card's status to Netflix, but the problem persists. It's disappointing that such a simple task has become so difficult.

I previously submitted a request regarding this, but I believe this might be a more effective approach. The show "Switched at Birth" is scheduled to be removed tomorrow, May 11, [redacted]. I am sincerely asking for your assistance in keeping it available. Many viewers, myself included, rely on Netflix for this show as other platforms require payment. This series holds a special place for me and my closest friend. Numerous fans share my sentiments and limit their viewing to Netflix. Your prompt consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Kind regards.

I am a dedicated fan of the recently canceled show Star, and like many other fans, I am deeply saddened by this news. The hashtags #SaveStar and #StarForever are currently trending on Twitter, showing the strong support for the show. Star is more than just a TV series; it represents diversity, addresses real-life issues, provides humor, showcases a talented cast and crew, boasts skilled writers, and features music that frequently tops the iTunes Charts. From my time as a freshman in high school, I have followed this show which has been a source of inspiration and connection for me. The characters' journeys have mirrored my own accomplishments, providing comfort and entertainment every Wednesday. Star has not only entertained me but also educated me and given me a sense of representation. I have formed a strong bond with the characters, sharing their joys and sorrows. During difficult times, the show has served as a source of solace. Please consider bringing Star back for Season 4 to continue its impact.

Subject: Urgent Issue with Unauthorized Charges by Paypal and Netflix Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report a pressing concern regarding Paypal and Netflix. Recently, I have noticed unauthorized transactions on my bank card by Paypal Netflix. I did not sign up for any memberships or services from these companies. This discovery has left me shocked and worried. I urgently request Netflix to cease these transactions, delete all my account data (including my bank card information), and provide confirmation via email. Additionally, I kindly ask for a prompt refund of the charged amount on my bank account. I understand mistakes can happen, but I did not knowingly authorize these transactions. Similar unauthorized charges occurred with Amazon Prime Membership, and they promptly refunded me for five months of charges. I suspect someone may have signed me up without my consent, leading to this distressing situation. My attempts to delete my account and payment details have been unsuccessful. I seek your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter swiftly and fairly. I hope for a speedy response with instructions on rectifying this issue and receiving a full refund. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I appreciate your assistance in ensuring my data security and financial well-being. I eagerly await your response to resolve this unsettling situation. Regards, T.K.

Dear Netflix team, I wanted to share a movie idea with you called "My S.B.F." which stands for my straight best friend. The story revolves around a world where being a guy, white, or straight is not the norm. A group of gay, black, womanist friends decide to set up their straight lonely friend with various girls until he meets a girl who turns out to be gay. They try to make her straight while a straight bartender at a gay club forms a connection with the main character. In the end, the girl goes back to being gay, and the bartender and the straight man end up together. I believe it would make a great rom-com that both straight and gay audiences would enjoy. I am 15 years old and passionate about acting and singing. I have faced challenges in school and am eager for a chance to pursue my dreams. I'm ready to work hard and succeed. I hope my idea interests you, and I would be thrilled to collaborate further on this or other projects in the future. Best regards, Margaret Mae F.

I had an issue with a payment made to Netflix. I stopped using the email associated with the account and was unaware of the charge until I noticed money missing from my bank account. I initially thought there was fraudulent activity but confirmed it was a charge from Netflix. I discovered the charge on my old Netflix account, which I had forgotten about since I now use a family account. I already paid for the family account this month. I canceled the subscription via Apple ID, but I was still charged. I enjoy Netflix for its content, but I'm frustrated by this situation. Could you please remove the premium from my old account and refund the charge? Thank you for your help.

Hello Netflix team, I'm representing SF COMBINES from India. Our movie delves into the global crisis of climate change, focusing on the critical issue of Global Warming. We highlight the impact of trees, specifically one called Amoora (Aphanamixis polystachya), which not only produces seeds with oil suitable for vehicles but also efficiently absorbs Carbon Dioxide and releases oxygen, contributing to reducing pollution. We believe that Netflix would be an excellent platform to showcase our film and raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. We are eager to discuss this opportunity further and submit our movie for your consideration. Thank you for your time and consideration. Warm regards, SF COMBINES

Hello, I'm John Lync_. I use Netflix and have a concern to share. Various production companies have chosen to halt filming in Georgia due to the controversial abortion ban, but Netflix has not taken a stand yet. Given the influence Netflix holds due to shows like Stranger Things being filmed in Georgia, it could send a strong message by pulling out productions. By following the examples like boycotting North Carolina for their anti-transgender law, Netflix can show support for women's rights. I urge Netflix to stop filming in Georgia until the abortion ban is lifted. Kindly ensure this message reaches the appropriate party for a response.

I have been a long-time customer of Netflix and have reached out for support regarding an ongoing issue multiple times. When I signed up for the service, I specified English as my preferred language, primarily for watching stand-up comedians. However, I keep receiving content in languages other than English. Despite numerous attempts to explain this to customer service, I have not made any progress. It is frustrating that my requests to be connected to a representative in the United States have been ignored. Other members in my group, who also signed up for stand-up content, are receiving more updates and specials in their preferred language without any issues. I am disappointed with the lack of effort in resolving this matter and hope to hear from a manager promptly to address and rectify this situation. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently connected with a girl on Tinder and we discovered our mutual love for the movie "Shrek," specifically the first one. We agreed to watch it on Netflix while considering doing some activities together. However, I encountered a problem when I found out that "Shrek" was removed from the UK Netflix library. I suggested watching "Shrek 2," but she insisted it must be the original for her preference to be met. Now, we are stuck as I believe "Shrek" is available on Amazon Prime. If this issue cannot be resolved, I might consider switching services. I hope to hear from you soon to address this matter promptly. Best Regards, Jamie T.

I have noticed that the Swahili subtitles provided are not up to par. This includes incorrect interpretations that hinder Swahili-speaking communities from fully enjoying the content. To address this issue, I suggest finding a new Swahili translator. I would like to offer my services for this role, as I have lived in Kenya and spoken Swahili for the majority of my 24 years. Furthermore, my three-month stay in Atlanta, GA has acquainted me with Western language nuances. Kindly consider my proposal. Thank you. Best, Misaro K.
