Last year, I signed up for a one-month trial, but I cancelled before the month ended. Despite this, you continued to deduct R110 from my account monthly. When I tried to address this on your website, I couldn't log in or find any contact information for assistance. The link to retrieve my account details using my bank account number also yielded no results. Only 2 or 3 payments have been taken since then, including one this month. As a pensioner without Wi-Fi, I've never used Netflix, making these deductions especially burdensome. I urgently need to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the erroneously deducted amounts. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. Sheila C. from Montagu, Western Cape.

Hello, I recently received a statement in the mail and I am a caregiver for my elderly father. I noticed that Netflix was charged to his account where his life insurance is set up, causing financial strain. I can provide the account details and I kindly request to stop the unauthorized payment of 9.99 that was deducted after the card was lost. I used the card for a trial and due to lost information, I wasn't able to cancel it. Given his health condition post-brain surgery, he is unable to utilize Netflix. I believe this charge was not authorized to continue. I am hopeful that the automatic payment can be cancelled, and the 9.99 can be refunded. If possible, I prefer handling this matter without a phone call to avoid further complications. My name is Bridget Sheldon, and I suspect that the card associated with the payment may have been in my name but connected to his account, which was compromised when the card was lost.

I typically allow Netflix to run its course, but I believe there have been recent missteps. As a dedicated customer for almost a decade, I've noticed a decline in quality content paired with rising costs. Competing with Disney, especially post acquiring Marvel, has limited your ability to produce original content. The cancellation of Santa Clarita Diet alarms me. If Netflix is banking on Original Content and discontinuing their best shows, where does that leave us? With shows like OINTB and Bojack Horseman likely nearing their end, the price hike should not result in the removal of beloved shows we pay to see. Please reconsider ending Santa Clarita Diet and aim to add more valuable movies to the platform. Sincerely, a loyal but disheartened customer, -R.S.

I have concerns about the show "Street Food." While watching an episode with my Sikh husband from Punjab, India, we found the portrayal of Delhi, India to be biased. Specifically, around the 19-minute mark, the show discusses the partition of [redacted] but neglects to mention the Sikh people who were affected by the events in Punjab. The misrepresentation of Sikh individuals as Hindu is hurtful to the history and culture of Punjab. The violence against Sikhs in 1[redacted] by Hindu extremists resulted in significant loss of life and ongoing fear in the community. It was disappointing to see the culture expert overlook this important aspect of history. This lack of accuracy perpetuates deep-rooted racism. As a viewer, I had high hopes for companies like Netflix that promote inclusivity regardless of gender, religion, or race. Witnessing this oversight was deeply troubling, and I cannot support a company that allows such misrepresentations to occur. I urge the company to exercise more diligence in fact-checking their experts in the future.

Please consider bringing back Santa Clarita Diet. Ending it abruptly is not fair to the fans who are eagerly awaiting closure. A final Season 4 would give the show the proper ending it deserves. I discovered the series recently and binge-watched it in just a few days. I am ready for more content. I would be willing to upgrade my Netflix subscription to a two-screen package to accommodate rewatching the show with my household. By allowing the show to continue, you have the opportunity to attract new viewers and increase subscriptions. Ending a series with a cliffhanger only leads to viewer disappointment and loss of trust in your programming. Providing closure with a final season would keep subscribers engaged and satisfied. Numerous petitions and online communities are actively advocating for the show's return, showcasing its dedicated fan base. Please listen to the viewers and bring back Santa Clarita Diet for a proper conclusion in Season 4.

I signed up for a free trial from March 28, [redacted], to April 26 and then cancelled it on April 26. I expected to receive a notification three days before the trial ended, but I didn't get any emails. Today, I received a message saying my credit card was charged by Netflix. I lodged a complaint online on April 28 at 7:00 am and cancelled again in the evening through the mobile app. I requested email contact but haven't received a reply or guidance from Netflix yet. Can someone please help me resolve this issue since I have already cancelled my account? I have not received any emails from Netflix about my account. Mobile No. [redacted] Email: a***[redacted]

My boyfriend and I signed up for a free trial of Netflix to watch movies in our hotel room. He used my card, but we are unable to access the account now. I have tried various email addresses without success. I want to cancel the subscription and receive a refund as we haven't used it since last year. I've spent over $[redacted] on a service we never used. I don't have the login details, but I can provide the card number linked to the account: 4[redacted] 5[redacted]. I tried using my card info to retrieve my account information, but it didn't work. I hope you're having a good day.

Good afternoon, I encountered an issue with my phone and was unable to cancel my free trial with Netflix yesterday. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed a pending charge of $16.95 for Netflix Ultra HD, a product I did not intend to order. I kindly request an immediate credit for this charge as I will be disputing it with my bank. The monthly amount Netflix is charging is not something I can afford, especially considering I do not require Ultra HD and have hardly utilized the free trial. I kindly ask for a prompt credit of $16.95 for the membership fee. Please reach out to me at [redacted] if you need any further information. Thank you, D.D.

I'm really disappointed about the cancellation of "The Santa Clarita Diet." It was the funniest and most interesting show I've ever watched. My family, including my sister, bonded over it, which is rare for us. Laughing together during the show was priceless 😂. I feel there were more stories to explore in future episodes. Leaving us hanging on Joel's undead transformation, his potential cannibalism, and the fates of Eric, Abby, and the new real estate business seems unfair. It's too soon to end the show. There is so much potential for it to continue in different directions. It had a strong following, and cutting it off abruptly doesn't seem beneficial for anyone involved. If there's any way I can help or contribute, please inform me. We deserve a proper conclusion to the series.

Since Netflix relocated its home icon bar to the left side of the screen, it has become challenging for users to pause a show and then rewind or fast forward when necessary. This feature is crucial, especially when watching foreign films with subtitles. At times, you might need to rewind to catch up on missed subtitles or replay dialogue that was not clear. Similarly, pausing and then trying to skip forward to a scene you have already viewed is no longer as convenient as it was before. The inability to navigate content freely has resulted in a very frustrating user experience, and this needs urgent attention.

I was trying to watch the One Direction movie "This Is Us" on Netflix, but I couldn't find it in the search results. I really enjoy watching this documentary, and I was disappointed to see that it's not available. I'm not sure why it's not showing up, and even when I tried to find it on Google, I got a "page not found" message. It would mean a lot to me if Netflix could bring back this movie since it's not available on any other streaming platform like YouTube. Many fans, including myself, would love the opportunity to watch it again. Please consider bringing back "This Is Us" on Netflix. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered issues accessing Netflix through my account registered under the email "[redacted]". Consequently, I was unable to cancel the account and created a new one under "[redacted]", linked to the same credit card. I recently uncovered that I have been charged double (My Plan Rs. [redacted]) since August '18, totaling an excess of Rs. [redacted]. After contacting Netflix, they mentioned they would terminate my "rohan..." account and issue a refund of only Rs. [redacted] for 3 months, but I received an email stating only Rs. [redacted] would be refunded. Please investigate this issue and refund the correct amount of Rs. [redacted]. I am hopeful for a fair and prompt resolution. Thank you, Rohan N.

I have been a subscriber of Netflix for months, and everything was running smoothly until Sunday, April 28, [redacted]. I was in the middle of watching a show when I had to leave, so I paused it, turned off my TV, and when I returned, I turned it back on. However, when I tried to access Netflix through the Roku player on my Magnavox TV, I encountered an issue. After clicking on the Netflix icon, the screen turned blue, then returned to the Roku Home Screen without loading Netflix. I have attempted to resolve this by unplugging and restarting the Roku player, but Netflix still won't connect. This issue is only with Netflix, as my other subscriptions are working fine. I am looking for a solution to access Netflix through my setup as usual.

Hello, I am reaching out to express my appreciation for the diverse range of Netflix series available, particularly the original series in languages other than English and American. Watching shows in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese with subtitles has been a delightful experience, offering unique perspectives on life and traditions. One series that deeply resonated with me was Meteor Garden [redacted], as it helped me navigate a challenging period. I have learned that this series will not always be on Netflix, and I am eager to know if there is a possibility to purchase it on DVD. Having a copy of this series would be a source of comfort during tough times and serve as a reminder of important life lessons. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Marianne

I contacted Netflix last month regarding an ongoing billing issue with my Postpaid Plan. Despite canceling all accounts linked to the plan, I noticed charges for the past two months. I initially set up payment using the following email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Presently, we are only using [redacted] with a Credit Card. An error prompted me to switch to the credit card for payment. After discussing this with a team member, I was informed that the three email accounts were canceled and was advised to consult my Plan Provider. Although my provider waived the last month's billing, they mentioned being unable to manage the Netflix subscription. It was indicated that a rider in my plan was still connected to Netflix billing, requiring me to cancel that account to cease the charges. Despite attempting to log into the Postpaid Plan number, I encountered a technical error preventing access. The dilemma persists, and I'm uncertain if my provider will approve waiving the 2nd Netflix billing. Currently facing charges on my Credit Card and unexplained bills linked to my Postpaid Plan, I'm seeking assistance.

Hello, I embarked on the London-Sydney Rally at the age of 29, driving from London to Bombay. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I broke my neck and was left paralyzed under water. Miraculously, I was rescued. After leading a self-centered life, I redirected my focus towards Motorsport Endeavour to assist in the recovery of wounded soldiers, having aided over 5,[redacted] individuals. Despite this, I then faced a battle with a brain tumor. Through the power of love, my life took a positive turn. I have had a logline and synopsis professionally crafted for a potential television series titled "Saved for Something." I am curious as to whom I should direct this material to for consideration.

Dear Netflix, I, Jeannette T., am temporarily suspending my Netflix account #[redacted] due to compatibility issues with my Visio smart TV and AT&T U-verse. We might need to purchase a new smart TV and will contact AT&T for recommendations to avoid further problems. My billing information and password are not available, as I used a Netflix gift card for payments. We are paid up until August [redacted] and request to keep the remaining funds until our return. As returning customers, we will reload the account to continue enjoying Netflix. In the future, we plan to have Netflix on two smart TVs; is there a deal for this setup? My email is [redacted] Please provide the status of this request via email. Thank you.

I recently signed up for Netflix and had a negative experience with a tech support representative named [redacted]. I found him to be extremely rude and condescending when I had trouble accessing my account for the first time. Despite my lack of familiarity with the process, he spoke to me disrespectfully and became upset when he realized I was not on the correct screen. When I requested to speak to another representative, [redacted] insisted that it wouldn't make a difference and argued with me about my concerns. As someone who values customer service from working in a hospital, I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude. I believe that quality customer service requires patient and understanding individuals who can assist customers effectively. I urge the company to review the recording of my call with [redacted] to assess his behavior and consider reassigning him to a different role.

Hello, I am Carlos Tejada, a long-time member of your service. I am reaching out to address a concern. I wanted to inquire about the removal of certain movies from the Netflix app. My daughters, aged 3, 7, and 10, particularly enjoy films like Frozen, Sing, Moana, Trolls, and Zootopia. Unfortunately, they are disappointed by their absence on the platform. I kindly request your consideration in bringing these movies back. I value my membership with Netflix, which is primarily for my daughters' entertainment. However, without access to these beloved films, I may need to seek them elsewhere. I appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Thank you, Carlos
